I chose this hotel based on its high ratings initially, and it truly offered great value for money. The room was clean and tidy. Even though it was snowing during our visit, the underfloor heating kept the room wonderfully warm. The guesthouse is a short drive from the visitor center, but transportation wasn't an issue at all. The hotel provides shuttle services, which was actually a plus as it meant a peaceful stay away from the bustling center. The surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The hostess was incredibly patient and helpful. On our first afternoon, feeling a bit bored, I noticed the tea set in the room and thought about making some tea. The hostess kindly offered us some of her own tea. When I asked about snacks, she even offered to go buy some for us nearby – truly exceptional service! I was traveling with a foreign guest this time, and despite the language barrier, my guest remarked on how warm and friendly the hostess was. It was a wonderful stay overall.

The room was very clean and spacious. All the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. 小船 was very polite and even helped to send us to the visitor centre. Overall, we had a good stay and will come back again !

This is a very beautiful home stay style hotel. Clean and comfortable. We booked a room with 2 beds, the space is very sufficiency for 2 adult and 2 kids. Breakfast serve with some fries rice, egg, bread and dumpling soup and noodle.

The room is nicely designed and very comfortable. The heater kept us warm, the owner was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Strongly recommended.

The host is very friendly and helpful. She even preheated the room for us. Breakfast was homemade with varieties of noodles, porridge, eggs and toast. Will definitely recommending others to stay here! 👍👍

This was my first time visiting Fairy Mountain (Xiannvshan) with my family, and I felt so incredibly at ease after checking in. The place was spotless, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. Every morning, I could open the window to a beautiful mountain view, and at night, I'd see the stars and moon. I also really loved the natural wood design style here, and I enjoyed the breakfast every day, especially my favorite shredded potatoes, haha! The owner was also very kind and even gave us rides to the Fairy Mountain Tourist Center. Oh, and the shower here had instant hot water, which was a huge plus for us Guangdong folks, haha! We loved it so much after staying for several days that we extended our stay for another day. We even took a photo with the owner before leaving. I'm leaving my honest review as a passerby here, and I'll definitely be back next time! I hope they keep up the great work!

Given how run down some of the other buildings in the area look, I'm glad this one was all nice and polished up inside and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend spending the extra bit to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible Location is near by a bunch of restaurants. Bit of a trek from the visitor center, but if you take taxis everywhere, it's perfect.

This hotel is a fabulous mountain place! Beautiful design, large rooms, it is new and has the best breakfast ever. It looks like the pictures exactly. I loved it! The owner is very nice and helped me so much. Excellent place, very close to scenic area, definitely recommend!

Since it was the off-season, they upgraded my room. The room was really big and clean, and they thoughtfully provided disposable bathtub and toilet seat covers. They also offered shuttle service to and from the visitor center. All the hotel staff were very nice, and the wontons for breakfast were delicious. Excellent value for money, the experience was absolutely fantastic. A very pleasant trip! ✌🏻😁✌🏻

Lovely accomodation! They gave us a free upgrade. We also missed breakfast and the lady insisted we take some breads and yogurt for our train journey

The rooms are very clean, and the environment is excellent. Every staff member is diligent and kind 😇😇😇. The breakfast is also delicious, making it a great place for couples and families to stay 🥰🥰🥰.
