I love this hotel, but most importantly the staff. They were warm, welcoming, kind and so so helpful! Always going above and beyond with utmost professionalism and kindness. Example: we found a sick stray dog and the staff huddle together and helped us find a vet close by and ensured we had a way to get there and even offered to translate after we had left. They gave me a number to contact if we needed any help. This type of service I have never experienced before and this is only but one example. Excellent experience. Also - Breakfast amazing, amenities clean and classy. Pool area gorgeous and spacious and all necessities available. Room clean, fancy, amazing view, just wow! I will definitely stay here again and again!

Other than the great location at jiefangbei (we even managed to take a manageable walk all the way to Hongyadong) and nearby many great food options, the interior of the rooms were slightly disappointing and looked old and run down (especially the bathrooms). There were also some stains around.

This hotel has definitely seen better days.. The location is a bit difficult to find but it’s very close to a subway station and the longest we had to ride in a did was about 20mins. The service was just ok. They didn’t change our towels or service our room until 5pm (even though the service cart was sitting outside of our room since morning). However when we got locked out of our room at they came quickly to help. The receptionist also responded quickly and changed rooms when we found bugs in our room. The cleanliness is questionable, first we saw roaches and bugs running around the hotel. The bottom of the pool also had some dead bugs. The rug in our first room was very dirty, we didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off. The R on the sign was falling off and they’re dead plants all over the hotel! Overall, I think this hotel was a lot different than pictured and it kind of turned us off from exploring it more. It definitely needs a clean up!

Only 5 mins away from JieFangBei and 81 haochijie (night market). Only bad thing is that the building is under construction and construction starts at 9am on weekdays. Quite a pain in the ass if you wants to sleep in. Bedsheets are not changed everyday cause I see the same red mark on the sheets from day 1-3. Shampoo/conditioner are replenish everyday. Would be nice if there is do not disturb light is lighted when the hotel card is inserted. Hotel staff knocked and tap to enter our door at 10ish (and we are in deep sleep) and asked to do room service……. Hotel also provide clothes washing and drying service but 5 pieces per room. Reused trip’s picture cause I forgotten to take a picture.

The good: location is perfect right in Jiefangbie. Lots of food and restaurant options downstairs and shopping malls nearby. Subway entrance is also closeby and lots of taxis available. The decent: Room is nothing to rave about, very 3 star standard. Breakfast is ok with various options. The bad: Elevators are not synced and there are insufficient elevators for the building. When waiting for an elevator, you will naturally press up/down for all the elevators on your floor. This results in every trip up/down the building taking absolutely forever because you will literally stop on every floor. An absolutely horrible experience. It took us 14 mins to go down from our floor to lobby this morning. Overall: Decent hotel in excellent location. For the price, I can't complain but we really wasted a lot of time to go up/down the building each time.

its location is just right above HongYaDong. Also just around the building, there is a secret path that leads to the steps to HongYaDong and if you cross the road its is JieFanbei where all the nice shopping area is. Kinda like city hall to bugis street in SG. And along the street, there are store that open till 1.30am for people who wants supper. The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially staff number 4. They even have farewell packs for us when we check out the building. (Oh the can drinks inside the mini fridge is also free too.) My family enjoy it very much. Their breakfast voucher is actually a meal voucher that you can use from 7.30am to 8.30pm. So you can use it anytime of the day to cover your meal.

I stayed in this hotel for two days. The room type was different. Then the girl at the front desk called me to change rooms. I was thinking that I had already left. If I wanted to go back, I would go back at night. I was afraid that the hotel staff would take out my luggage directly. However, the girl at the front desk was really polite and enthusiastic and said that they would help carry the luggage. The room was also good and the feeling of staying was very good.

For a long time, I have always chosen Huazhuhui's brand hotels, and they have never let me down. This time I came to Chongqing on a business trip and chose this one. The lobby is hollowed out from several floors. It has a unique design concept and a chic decoration style. It is very beautiful. If it is a sunny day, you can sit in the lobby and see the outside through the patio. The sun shines on your body and it is warm and comfortable. Next to the lobby is the breakfast room, which is very rich and has a coffee machine. Because of work, I can't avoid drinking coffee at night to keep myself awake. The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, just infront of Raffles City. When we reached the building at midnight, we were at a lost how to get up to the 38th floor. We didnt know we had to change lift on the 30th floor. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! We had a lovely stay at Bayan Tree Beibei! The room was comfortable and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift. The resort gives you a booklet full of activities to complete and rewards you can get for completing them. The honey milk bath was luxurious and left my skin feeling smooth. Breakfast was the best meal, and I loved the self-serve mimosas. The main downside is the location. Though a nice getaway, the view is a bit marred by a lot of abandoned buildings and construction equipment, which take away from the sense of being in nature. It is a 20-minute drive to the nearest town center (Beibei) which is the only place you can even get basic snacks outside the hotel. The hotel doesn't offer a convenience store, so your only option is to buy the mini bar snacks or order a meal. The Chinese restaurant food is good, but not always open. Overall, it was a good place to relax for a couple days, away from the city, but bring your own snacks.

Booked a room late in pm, and arrived after a long/tiring day. Didn’t look into this hotel’s info in detail(I usually spend hrs checking all reviews/loc info…), as all I needed was to shower, rest and sleep. Upon arrival, reception was warm and welcoming and check in was swift. My room on 18th floor was an absolute dream come true! Large, airy, modern, immaculate and with a bathtub right by the window! Location is great, with lots of shops and malls around, yet pretty quiet inside. The “welcoming snacks” is a fab array of sweets/oatmeal/milk/soft drinks…not witnessed before! I wanted to order some take away and reception helped me with address info-food at my door within 20mins. They offer env friendly slippers(comfortable), even for the little ones! An excellent place to stay, very central and with lots of freebies and new ideas for guests! It’s 10/10 from me!

The receptionists got a little frustrated working with a foreigner and the language barrier, but overall they treated me ok and the cleaning staff was accommodating. The room didn’t have certain amenities I wanted for the price like a microwave or heating, but the loft layout was amazing. There were a few stains in the room and I had to put a trash can by the door that smelled spoiled.

We booked a room for 4 days. On the first day, we didn't arrive in time due to the flight issues. The hotel contacted me at night whether we are coming or not. After our arrival around 1:45 a.m., the hotel staff at the front counter request us to register on the next day noon due to the registration processes for the passports and gave us a nice room with a good view on the 16th floor. Unfortunately, the guests (I think a couple) neighbouring to our room were arguing and crying whole deep night. We complained that we cannot sleep well for that night to the hotel staffs on the following day. They even did not respond anything special and asked us if we would like to move to another room. We said yes and then they started to show us available rooms on the 20th floor. In fact, the rooms they showed us to move were more expensive than we actually booked. We chose one room as in the photos and this room was really full of privacy and satisfactory. In short, I really appreciate the positive attitude by the hotel staffs and their good will for the visitors. Even after checked out, still contacted me for any inconveniences during our stay. I hope everyone had fun there. I recommend this hotel for service, cleaness and location. P.S. The lift is too crowded in the day time and need to be patient.

This hotel was beyond expectations. First, the hotel view is incredible and location is as central as you could ask for. There are also three bars/restaurants on the main floor (42) with exceptional views and good prices, staff is extremely helpful. Zoe, in particular, made us feel like VIP guests during our stay! The most important, though, is the service. As a foreigner it can be fairly difficult to get virus test and results. The hotel took care of everything for me, all the way down to sending someone to pick up my paper report and sending us a picture via WeChat so we didn’t need to worry about virus protection compliance. Next time in Chongqing, we will go directly back to this hotel!

Very entertaining location right behind the raffles city towers. We had a large room at the top floor with private terrace facing CQ North-North-East, perfect view on the water. We extended our stay and changed room to have a bathtub. Both rooms were very clean. Common kitchen and terrace available. Nice staff with one lady who can speak English.
