As a high-end brand hotel, I suggest incorporating more smart technology, such as smart curtains and toilets. The mini-bar charges should be waived and offered as a complimentary guest amenity. The Nongfu Spring mineral water doesn't quite match the brand's premium image; Changbai Snow would be a more suitable choice.
