The randomly booked room turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The smart devices worked smoothly, the bathtub was clean and odorless, the air conditioning was quieter than expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. Hygiene was impeccable, the staff were polite and patient, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, the hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in Chongqing. The hotel room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. Great location and convenient.

Really nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

Excellent futuristic base with superb service!** We loved our 4-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering warm greetings and always helpful. The hotel's cool futuristic theme, featuring lots of LED lights and silver decor, made a great impression. Its location is perfect – very convenient near metro, buses, and tourist areas, with Chongqing's amazing 24/7 food scene right outside (a huge plus!). Our high-floor room offered fantastic city views. Daily housekeeping was excellent, providing clean rooms, fresh towels, and bedsheets. Great amenities included always-available water, no smoke/pet smells, and handy laundry/dryer facilities. The only minor downside was the lifts being overcrowded most of the time. Other than that, it was an excellent stay – highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. Their service was excellent, and the room was neat and clean. It would be a complete package if they offered breakfast, but even without that, we were fully satisfied with our stay.

We have booked many hotels on our trip across China but this hotel was the biggest surprise for us. So budget friendly but so luxurious. We were flabbergasted by service and room accessories. Everything in the room we put up to good use and because of it we felt cozy and more comfortable than in any other hotel. Reception staff had great English skills and educated us perfectly about anything that we needed to know on our tour throughout the city. I hope if we ever come back we will choose this hotel again because the comfort and hospitality was unmeasurable🫶🏻
