Vyluk Properties in Chongqing

The hotel is located near Guanyinqiao light rail station so is quite convenient to take public transport ! Though the hotel entrance is quite hard to find even if you got to the right building! Must head to the back towards the carpark and it was slightly up and down slopes. The room is lovely and have all the necessary amenities . The receptionists are helpful and attentive but the male service staff smokes in the reception lobby. The cleaning stuff left abrasive cleaning product in my room and also dropped breach on my own face towel which was quite unprofessional . The receptionist was apologetic and went out to buy me another one. The breakfast included in the room rate was actually very good and enjoyable so overall a decent value for money stay !

For this price point and location, it's really good value for money. It includes breakfast and late check-out. The staff are also quite friendly, and the surrounding area is convenient, though it's true the subway station isn't very close. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free room upgrade benefit. However, despite there being available rooms, the front desk on duty that day still assigned me the original room. It was only after my repeated polite requests that they finally granted the upgrade.

The location is good, the price/performance ratio is high, the hygiene is neat and clean, the facilities are complete and normal, the service attitude is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is more than one kilometer away from the pedestrian street, which can be reached on foot!
