However, at about 7:30 pm, after we arrived on the mountain road for half an hour, the hotel receptionist directly took out three cards and told us that we had arranged a twin room and two queen rooms. There was no explanation or communication in advance to explain the situation. And the boss never showed up, only said that the money can be refunded, when we put forward the request for one and three oversold refunds, the other party also firmly disagreed. After that, we coordinated through Trip.com , the whole process took up to an hour and a half, and the hotel finally coordinated to check in for us. What is even more unacceptable is that the hot water supply and water pressure in the room are very poor, which seriously affects the feeling of this stay."
