環境非常很不錯，吃飯的地方有個大露台，可以看到稻田，非常舒服。飯菜看着點，分量還可以。美女給我換了個大房超出預想，有浴缸。雖然在半山坡，但還是很值得。鳥鳴蟲鳴伴隨入睡非常奈斯。美中不足10點半還有鬼哭狼嚎的KTV，太刺耳了，破壞了着幽靜，煞風景，景區應該要重視這擾民行為，太可惡了，一分扣這裏

國慶提前兩天來的，體驗很棒，阿姨很親切熱情，我們睡晚了錯過早餐時間還會幫我們單獨煮一份（超大份）店裡晚餐份量也挺大的。房間比描述的會更好些，寬敞，視線極佳，房間空調給力，晚上睡覺不吵，衹是注意晚上不要開太久的陽台門，可能會有飛蟲進屋（大自然是這樣的）圖二是早晨出陽台圖再來還會選樸宿，店裡每一個工作人員都熱情洋溢充滿朝氣！另外店裡有衹極乖的狗子。附圖：心動小狗）

上堡梯田景區成人門票兩張，省了門票錢，入住名宿可以開車進去，遊玩更方便輕鬆了，陽台風景很棒，管家服務也到位，衞生檢查還需要加強，總體來説不錯！

酒店地理位置非常好。停車方便。房間也很不錯。雖然我們來的時候不是旅遊旺季，但是店家還是很熱情的給我們做了晚餐（廚師已經放假了）。

推開窗户直對梯田，房間很大很舒適，民宿的飯菜還特別的好吃，夕陽西下，對着美景美食，太愜意了，民宿後面還有一條徒步小路，非常美，適合夕陽時間去走走。

客服態度很好的，但是房間大門的那個鎖不安全，另外加裝的幾個那個搭扣都不牢固。枕頭一般酒店都是配一個護頸枕頭一個大的枕頭，但是這個酒店全都蓬起來那種大枕頭。泡澡浴缸沒有配一次性的泡澡膜，然後放浴缸的時候放在放着熱水就會變成冷水。還有一點不能忍受的是房間裏還有發黴的味道。

其他都很好，就是不能自駕進去，要做電瓶車才能到達。坐車時遇到插隊上車，佔用別人位置的，明知道自己是後來者也強硬不讓位的其他住客，酒店和司機都沒有幫忙解決，也沒有説一句公道話，任由不遵守規則的人欺負別人。就挺失望的。
