It is in a very advantageous location. It is located in a prosperous area and is convenient for shopping and eating. The Qingcheng Mountain Forest B&B I chose on Ctrip exceeded my expectations! It was raining the day of our departure, and I was worried about the mountain roads being difficult to navigate. The B&B contacted us in advance and arranged a private car pick-up. Even more surprising—as soon as the car pulled up, I saw the staff waiting at the door with umbrellas. Such thoughtfulness instantly warmed my heart ❤️
Walking through the bamboo forest path, washed lush and green by the rain, the housekeeper had already prepared warm towels and ginger tea to ward off the cold. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows of our room, the mist-shrouded mountain forest was as beautiful as an ink painting, and the air was filled with the fresh scent of earth and vegetation.
The afternoon tea was even more amazing: handmade pastries paired with a seasonal fruit platter. Sitting on the viewing terrace, listening to the raindrops dripping from the eaves, the hustle and bustle of the mountain world was completely detached.
The most commendable thing was the mushroom hotpot for dinner! The owner explained that the mushrooms are all picked that morning from the mountains, and the broth is simmered for hours with an old hen. Fresh porcini and bamboo fungus swirl in the golden broth, and even three bowls are enough! The housekeeper also thoughtfully explains the taste and health benefits of each mushroom.
From the first greeting under the umbrella upon arrival to the soothing hot milk delivered late at night, every detail felt like home. I've already recommended this place to all my friends, and I'll definitely be back when the mountains are covered in crimson leaves in late autumn! 🍁

MM468165****This hotel was absolutely worth it! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the super enthusiastic front desk lady. She checked us in incredibly fast and even gave us thoughtful recommendations for great places to eat nearby. The breakfast spread was so diverse I didn't know what to choose, and spending the evening on the rooftop garden enjoying the night view with a cool breeze was incredibly relaxing. From the service to the facilities, I couldn't find a single fault. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located across from a parking lot on the pedestrian street, offering convenient parking (guests can pick up parking vouchers at the front desk upon departure). It's also a short walk from the ancient town center. The hotel is newly renovated, with a spacious lobby area featuring a reception, breakfast room, tea room, and Hanfu clothing rentals. The courtyard is quite beautiful, the rooms are large, and the hallways are wide. There are tables and chairs outside the rooms, perfect for reading, drinking tea, smoking, or taking in the courtyard views. It's quite a pleasant space. The room facilities are decent for an ancient town, and the overall impression is quite good. However, the quality and standard of service leave room for improvement. The housekeeping staff, in particular, felt somewhat lackluster. For example, the bed wasn't made (we briefly made it when we left, but it was still the same when we returned). The used towels and bath towels were rearranged but not replaced (ours were left draped over the bathtub, wet and messy. Even though they weren't placed in the bamboo basket (because the basket was in a corner of the bathtub, making it difficult to see, as shown in the photo below), common sense suggests they should have been replaced). There was very little toilet paper left, and no new rolls were provided. The drinking water (the hotel uses bottled water) wasn't replenished, and other issues like these made the work feel shoddy and unprofessional. For a two-night stay over the National Day holiday, which cost nearly 500 yuan per day, basic service should have been provided. This isn't a negative review, but I believe everyone appreciates objective reviews, so I felt it was necessary to write this. This doesn't change my preference for the hotel over other options, so I offer constructive feedback and suggestions in the hope that improvements will be made. I'm sure I'll choose this hotel again next time.

WWanderingChicagoanAbsolutely lovely experience. We booked two rooms for our family. Upon check-in, one room got upgraded so we could have two rooms side by side. Our little one loved the play area, the pool, and the two kittens in the hotel’s yard. I loved the peacefulness and all the thoughtful design details of the hotel. We only stayed for one night and did not get to try their breakfast because it starts a bit late (8:30am). If we ever come back, we would for sure stay again.

The boss was very warm and considerate. He recommended a cloud-viewing room. The location is perfect for viewing the scenery. , you can overlook... ~ Check-in is very smooth. We are at the end of the third floor. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is also disinfected. The bathroom is divided into wet and dry areas. The room has a balcony with a view. Smokers can stay outside and there are no mosquitoes at night. There are not many, there are hair dryers and mosquito killers~...Breakfast is also very rich, the boss and his wife are very nice, they have a deep understanding of the tea ceremony, and they can improve your tea taste while tasting~...Although it rains, Staying at Fengzi Xiaozhu gave us a very pleasant time and a very nice hotel experience. It is a B&B worth recommending...~😊😊😊

The downside is that the facilities are old and have not changed much from 7 years ago to now. There is no USB charging port in the room, and a charger is equipped.
Breakfast can be full, the type is OK, but compared with this price is a bit reluctant.
Diagonally opposite is Wanda, it is more convenient to eat.
The hotel comes with a free heated swimming pool, which is good. Remember to bring swimming equipment when you stay.
