Unfortunately hardly any sleep due to other guests being noisy. Not the hotel’s fault. The leisure facilities were nice.

Junior Suite wasn't as advertised. Pictures showed a nicely decorated room, which we didn't recieve. Room was unclean, popcorn the floor, dust everywhere, and questionable bedding. Walls were damaged, and poorly repaired (landlord specials), strange, offputting sewage water smell throughout the hotel. Fire alarm went off at 3am for 5 seconds, with no explanation or appology the next day. During checkout, reception didn't seem to care about our stay, seems we pulled the person away from a personal phone call. Wouldn't call it a spa hotel. There was a pool, and steam room that were ok, but the sauna wasn't hot. Would have been nice to have been preinformed that a £1 coin was required for the lockers, as the spa isn't quickly accessible from rooms during our visit.

Decent Stay but a Few Letdowns The hotel reception and main areas are really lovely – modern, clean, and well-kept, so first impressions were great. The room itself was also nice and comfortable. However, the corridors leading to the rooms felt quite outdated, and unfortunately, the fire doors were constantly slamming shut through the night, which didn’t make for the best sleep. The balcony view was a bit of a letdown, looking straight out onto a scruffy rooftop and industrial surroundings – not exactly relaxing. The spa was another mixed bag – to get there, you actually have to leave the hotel and walk around the outside, which we didn’t expect. We accidentally ended up by a building site after following the spa signs, so that was confusing. Once there, the spa was okay but missing a jacuzzi, and it’s a bit of a trek from the pool to the sauna. On the plus side, breakfast was lovely – fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice. Overall, not a bad stay, but a few things definitely took away from the experience.

The staff are so welcoming and look after you. It was warm, friendly, clean and food delicious In some parts the hotel is looking a little tired and needs updating which I understand is in planning

Not up to standard Hotel is not up to usual Radisdon standards at all. Staff were great , hotel is tired and needing a serious refurbishment. Stayed in a junior suite , bed comfy but no fridge/mini bar in room, no vanity unit, no mirror in reaching distance of a plug to do hair. Stark room really not up to junior suite standard expected. Breakfast was terrible, arrived at 9.15 (45 mins before end of service) and they had run out of most foods. No pastries, only sliced bread for toast (supermarket sliced bread ) very driee up looking sliced cheese and cheap ham on continental breakfast selection. No option for cooked breakfasts other than what was sitting on hot plate. Very very disappointed

Very very disappointing. Book with caution Rebooked and paid. Despite receiving confirmation and reminders of stay they didn’t have the booking? So had to wait for them to sort. Sofa bed basicallly takes up whole area of lounge. Lift limited to 2 people. Room cleaning disgrace - emptied bin but didn’t clean cups or bathroom and then there are charges against my bank account even though I didn’t buy or use anything in the hotel. Also no fridge in rooms

Attending a function Stayed in the hotel as we were attending a function there. The hotel was lovely could not fault it. The function suit on the other hand was absolutely freezing, which ruined the evening.
