I was thoroughly impressed. The staff, particularly Vishal(Housekeeping), went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Do not fall prey of pretty pictures or social media reels. It's not a holiday resort, it's a marriage garden. Contractor workers and tent material everywhere. Not maintained well, service is poor, rooms are small¬ clean, wifi doesn't connect, room service takes hours even after multiple follow ups.

Really good place with great customer service. River is nice to see. Kajal was really helpful and friendly. All the food was good - would suggest Indian or Chinese food though. Room service was really great as well. Very clean room and smelled nice. Thank you all.

Facilities are good. Staff is too supportive. Mr sandeep jadhav, Narendra and Arun has give good attention for required services. Food is delicious, just waiting time was too much for food serving. Thanks for services. Excellent, keep ur services as good as possible.

I visited hotel last month. I had stayed at executive room. Narendra & Arun gave me good service. They had provided my requestions. They had made nice room. Executive rooms are good for accommodation. I enjoyed accommodation as well as meal.

Housekeeping was courteous, and the service was excellent. Kajal from the house staff was very cooperative and did her job exceptionally well. The reception was also very accommodating. Availed the services of the Spa as well which in itself is a unique experience.

A decent resort but get phase 2 rooms. Phase 1 rooms are not upto the mark neither vibe is good. Food at surabhi restaurant is average where as the continental restaurant was ok. Pizza was below average. The price they take just for the room is too much. Phase 2 rooms and vibe is good.
