The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy. They offer Chinese-speaking service for Chinese guests, explaining the surrounding environment, including shopping malls and entertainment. This motel scammed me for the 3 rd night additional night booked directly with them, citing that they will save on commission if booked directly with them instead of with trip.com portal. This lady Yan, said the cancellation policy will be just a call or email the day before booked date. I gave them my pre- authorised credit card, trusting her words but instead she already charged my card prior to my confirmation. I emailed her stating that I will not be going ahead with the booking one day before the booked date but she immediately charged the amount to my cc. I felt cheated and utterly being taken for a ride by her. She may be nice in the outwardly but like any biz person, she didn’t act with integrity. The rooms were small n shower is small, though it was mentioned accessible. Did not have any stool or commode to accommodate our request for person with disability condition. Never book with them pls.

Having Chinese service in a foreign country makes me feel more at home. It is very convenient to stay here when traveling by car. There are large supermarkets, Chinese supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room has kitchen facilities and free coffee and tea.

We had the best stay! Staff were so friendly and accomodating when we decided to stay for an extra night! Our first trip away with a baby and toddler was made easy thanks to you!!! So close to Westfield mall and central to every where we had to be over our stay

Great 2 bedroom apartment, earlier located by bush inn with heaps of food options. Great location to Canterbury university. There was heaps of traffic. We had a front room and we are not use to traffic we did not know it was on a main road. Other than that place was really nice
