Sleep Inn & Suites Fort Campbell

No hot water for our shower no matter what time you took it. Once it got warm it didn’t stay warm. Will never stay again. It was clean staff was nice but you can’t take a hot shower.

The third floor smelled musty in the hallway. The smell was stronger closer to the laundry room. The walls and doors need a coat of paint. The rooms were great.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Honestly, I would rate this property worse than a 1-Star if I could. I rented two rooms at this hotel for a 2 night stay. It started with check in and I was treated rudely as it seemed that she was mad that I rented the rooms on ******* instead of through the hotel itself. I explained I got a better deal through ******* since I have AAA membership. She huffed and puffed, finished checking us in then gave us our keys and did not tell us any details. I’m don’t like to complain, so when I got to my room and saw how filthy the floors were and how dusty everything was i decided to check on my dad’s room and his was just as bad. I took videos and pictures of everything. The place was a night mare. The pipe in the bathroom under the sink was leaking all over. The walls looked like they had something smeared all over them. Curtains were stained. Floors were stained. Lamp shade looked like someone sat on it. Luckily the beds & pillows were at least clean. Oh and did I mention the “white” bath towels that had yellow stains on every single one of them?!? Well I brought my own towel from home and my own sanitizer that I cleaned with. The hallways smelled like skunk ****. Funny that this is a No Smoking Fresh Air Hotel. Haha!! Funny!! What a joke! But in all seriousness I would have complained but no one seemed to care about anything and the boss was supposed to be there but never showed up. So here I am online, voicing my opinion on this ******* review site.
