Chun＇an Hostels

The hotel price is enough high and our expectation was also higher, but the reality is different. rooms are ok, they gave us a corner room and the view wasn't so good, I booked a bit more expensive for the lake view, but got disappointed with it after my check in and they said there wasn't other choice, all were taken already. The worse thing is their swimming pool, the main one for adults were all the time very cold, the water was frozen, we asked the reason and no response. we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our 5 days stay. the another one for kids was too dirty, haven't cleaned it for a while obviously, already smelly like a muddy puddle. even kids were asking why the water was that dirty. The resort includes 5 huge buildings and all were full. super crowded and all the people do use the only one swimming pool and the only one breakfast area. the breakfast was OK many choices of food, but it's impossible to enjoy your meal cause the area isn't fresh or clean. the floor was sticky. I would say they need improve or they now how to make things better but they don't care. especially for summer the swimming pool is so important for every guest but they seems wanna save money and not pay attention on it. feel disgusting and unhealthy after all I saw there.

An unplanned trip turned out to be very fun, much more fun than the planned trip to Huangshan Mountain two days ago. Feel the passion of the people of Qiandao Lake in Hangzhou. First of all, it is very smooth to take a taxi after getting off the high-speed rail. There is a special online taxi pick-up point, which is very user-friendly. The driver introduced us along the way and we had a great time chatting. Delivered directly to the hotel lobby door. Check-in was very smooth. The lady at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room. The lady Suisui took the initiative to add WeChat to help carry the luggage, guided us all the way to the room, and even gave the children toys. I was really shocked when I opened it. Everything from the overall room environment to the details has been done to the extreme. Toiletries for adults and children, including baby shampoo and shower gel, baby cream, baby slippers and toothbrushes, are really amazing. The little white rabbit folded on the towel on the bed instantly attracted the children's attention and made them happy. We ate at the Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor in the evening. The cooking was exquisite and the fish head was very tender. 2 The baby was very happy with the baby meal. Since I went there relatively late, the next day I visited the Cute Pet Paradise to feed the small animals, the dense outdoor playground, and Fantasy Island. The two children were sweating and laughing all the way. Before I knew it, it was 12:30 noon, and I quickly went back to pack my things to catch the high-speed train. The driver was waiting patiently at the door. If it weren't for the night shift, we would still have to stay one more night today. The children were also clamoring not to leave. Before leaving, we also gave souvenirs to solve the problem of hungry children who did not have lunch. It's really great. Thank you to Miss Suisui for her enthusiastic help along the way. Lovely scenic location, peaceful and remote. Upgrades upon check-in, I was told the reason was because there were not many guests. This was a welcome surprise. The room was lovely, a suite with well-thought out break-out areas and amazing views. Breakfast was vast and good quality with food choice for both Chinese and western. Out of the restaurants, only the Chinese one was open. The food and choice was below average. Despite being told that food from the Japanese or Western restaurants could be ordered before arriving at the hotel, it seemed it was not possible. There was a 30-min quick menu to order from, but the quality and choice was very poor. Executive lounge access on the first day was of the poorest experience I have ever had. After speaking to the manager they promised me a better second day experience. It did improve to what I would expect at any 5 star executive lounge. Nothing special. Overall: Room and location were lovely. It was clear that if busy, then service and access to the full amenities would improve. It is a shame that the 5 star quality cannot be kept, even if only a few guests are staying.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

We made our vacation with our 2 little girls. All things such as pools, playgrounds, meats are useful and effective for children. Especially the playground is free for the guests, very cute and enjoyable. The locations and foods was pretty good. But the outdoor swimming pool is closed at noon, it is strange for foreigners 😃 the indoor swimming pool is deeper but not so deeper than 1.5 mt, so pools are not enough for adults. Every evenings and nights, there is live music in the lobby. There are few workers who can speak English but they should be more.

Voco in 100 island lake is surrounded by impressive scenery. The rooms are very modern and cosy. I was lucky to have been upgraded to a corner room which had a huge bathtub in a fairly large bathroom overlooking the lake.I enjoyed it. And,most importantly, I was lucky to be looked after by the hotel manager on duty,Leona,who provided a quick room upgrade,arranged a complimentary dinner and coffee for me, escorted me to the shuttle bus and spoke fluent English. I will come back! 👌

Great location - short scenic drive to train station. Great spot on lake. Also close to some other Chinese restaurants etc if you want to leave the resort. Good service. Clean. Excellent amenities, extensive water activities at reasonable price - even my 2 year old gave several a go. Indoor and outdoor play facilities. Indoor and outdoor pool if you visit during summer. New kids playground being built. Volleyball pitch that doubles up as a sandpit for kids. Childrens scheduled activities everyday of the week. Little train or bikes available to go around resort. Beautiful grounds. Well placed loungers. Lots of outdoor seating at restaurants. Cheap Qiandao beer. Little hike up mountain available. Live music in evening. Not very expensive, but not very good dinner buffet. I would mark them down for the room. The room was fairly expensive for the lake view but actually it was right by a main road and all we could hear was traffic and road works when we sat out there to enjoy the view - not AT ALL what we had pictured. If you are placed in middle of hotel it would be fine, but we were very disappointed by this. We had to keep the door closed.

Traveling in the off-season is a great value for money. The hotel rooms are well maintained and spacious enough. Although it's a bit out of the way, it's no problem to travel by car. It only takes 15 or 20 minutes to get to the central area. The housekeeper Sun was very enthusiastic. He cared about us until we arrived on the way, and even helped us carry our luggage. He was so considerate and made us feel good during our trip to Qiandao Lake.

We enjoyed our stay at this place, a serene and beautiful place for the couples to stay and enjoy a quite and romantic getaway from the hectic schedule. The hospitality is par excellence. The scenic area around the hotel is refreshing and have a lots of places to take pictures and relax sitting around the shores of the beautiful lake. We highly recommend this hotel for the couples and families who want to take a break and enjoy each other’s company.
