Then when we got to the store, the charging station was offline. We asked the store owner, and they told us that they had contacted Xiaopeng to repair it before the New Year. You tell me I can charge this charging station without electricity? You knew it a long time ago, but you didn't tell me the truth? Later, because we kept keeping an eye on it, they managed to find someone to repair it and finally it was charged. (ps: The B&B is located in a remote area, and there is no other place to charge nearby) 2. B&B self-operated restaurant: a picky restaurant. It was a completely self-service meal. No one cared about you when you entered the door. We had to find tableware ourselves by scrounging here and there. You say there were a lot of people, but there were only three or four tables. I can understand that you are slow in serving food during the Chinese New Year, but at least you should bring the tableware and tea when the guests come in. You still make us look for them ourselves, especially for your guests who are staying in the hotel and have told you in advance that they will come to eat at this time. It's really speechless. 3. Let's talk about the room. In a word, it is completely different from the pictures on the Internet. It is in a dilapidated state. At first, I booked a room on the top floor with a pool and lake view, which cost 1200+. But when I got in, the room was small and dilapidated. Can you believe that the toilet has cement walls? And it's not designed like this, it feels like a cement toilet in the countryside. Later we changed rooms, which were a little bigger but still shabby. I caught seven or eight bugs in one night. Some crawled onto the bed and some crawled onto my pants. Isn’t that scary? Then I told the store owner about it and he told me there were a lot of bugs there. Are you kidding me? I have stayed in several tree house B&B camps on the mountain, but none of them are like this? Shouldn’t hygiene and safety be the most basic standards for a B&B? Am I here to catch bugs for you? And they don’t even know whether to send someone up to solve the problem. Is sending a bottle of insecticide also an attitude? The door cannot be locked, and the housekeeper leaves at 11pm. Who will guarantee the safety of the guests? 4. Breakfast: Just agree on it the night before and have it delivered to your room at 9 o'clock. Then why don't you just deliver it directly, and it can be regarded as a wake-up service, right? When I woke up, it was almost 10 o'clock. I looked at my phone and someone sent me a message at 8:45 asking if it could be delivered. I didn't reply and the person said no, so what was the point of what I had agreed on the day before?
