Very nice hotel, good location, and you can book boat tours directly from a desk at the hotel lobby. Very convenient. Plenty of parking space and nice view of the lake from the window.

We had a short stay at this hotel during my recent China trip. The hotel is not as new & facilities may feel dated, overall it is well maintained & comfortable to stay. The breakfast spread is decent & enough for most international travellers. What was outstanding was the service provided by the front staff, especially Jing Jing that compliments our stay in Qian Dao Hu.
Recommend to stay here for it's location, right at the fish street & close to most tourist spots.

Good stay, a walk’s distance from one of the main scenic spots (boat trips). Good-sized bedroom, huge bed, good shower. Varied Chinese-style breakfast. No English-speaking staff, though, which can make communication quite challenging. Would recommend it nonetheless.

Location is good. There are some details that need to be improved. The guy at the reception is so rude when we checked in. He doesn’t speak one word and just looks so moody. The reception gave us the wrong room without a bath. When we go and ask for it they said they would upgrade us. And we just realize that room is just what we booked in the first place. Also the bath can’t be filled with water. Above all it’s a good hotel. But probably won’t book it again.

We arrived at 10pm and were given an upgraded suite. Thank you very much. It is very convenient for families traveling with children. The hotel is on a hillside, and the view of Qiandao Lake is so beautiful. When we left, we were given two bottles of water, which was very thoughtful. Underground parking is also convenient, I will consider it next time I travel.
