This hotel boasts an amazing location, right on the lake, and the service was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Our experience truly exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, staff immediately came forward to help with our luggage and brought it to the lobby. The lobby has a wonderful family-friendly vibe, with children's play areas set up in various corners. Free bottled water is available by the elevators, and our room also came with complimentary water and snacks. After check-in, we were even thoughtfully presented with a welcome fruit platter. We booked an inner lake view room with a sofa bed, and it offered fantastic value for money. Sitting on the balcony at night, we could enjoy the water curtain show – it created such a great atmosphere. The 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of the hotel have many Instagram-worthy spots; you can snap great photos anywhere. The night before our arrival, our butler, Anne, called me, but I missed the call. After checking in, I added her on WeChat, and I must give her special praise! Her service was meticulous and attentive throughout. She proactively informed us about various hotel activities and amenities, and she responded instantly to any questions we had, efficiently resolving all our needs. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation with kids; I genuinely recommend it! Just a small suggestion: currently, most of the children's facilities cater to younger children. It would be great if they could add some activities suitable for middle schoolers, so older kids can also feel more engaged.

The hotel breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. There were lots of activities for kids at the hotel, and plenty of dining options nearby. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ada, who provided excellent service with just the right touch of professionalism and warmth.

Our stay at the Minghao International Resort in Qiandao Lake was absolutely wonderful! The room had a fantastic view, with a balcony directly overlooking the beautiful lake. It was clean and spacious, and they thoughtfully provided Bulgari toiletries, which was a nice touch. The 3,000-square-meter kids' club kept our child entertained all day long. Our butler, Anne, was incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, and there's also a swimming pool. It's truly a one-stop vacation spot for families with kids. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit!

The front desk and room service staff were gentle and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The entire room was meticulously cleaned. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a full range of meats, vegetables, pastries, and fruits, catering to all tastes. The hotel's location provides convenient access to the lake area pier. It truly offers a one-stop vacation experience without the need to rush around. My parents/elderly relatives and kids had a very comfortable stay at Minghao Qiandaohu. The room was spacious, and the balcony offered expansive views. The hotel has a children's play area and facilities suitable for seniors. Our butler, Ziva, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff even arranged for someone to help with our luggage upstairs, which was very considerate. It truly catered to the needs of both the elderly and children, making for a very reassuring overall vacation experience.

With two 1.8-meter beds, it's super friendly for a family with two kids. The children's play area is large with many activities, and the constant temperature swimming pool was a big hit with the little ones. The distinctive butler service was very responsive, and we could ask for help with any issues. A perfect stay experience.
