Quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. The garden and lake views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast is rich and delicious, and overall, it's great value for money. Check-in was efficient and quick, the staff were gentle and friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained and look new. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it offers great value for money. It's highly recommended for families with kids; the playground is very clean and not too crowded. All the necessary facilities are available, and the service is good. It's also pet-friendly – highly recommended! ✅ **Ambiance:** Absolutely amazing, with great views. For the same price, this hotel offers excellent value, plus it's in the city center, making transportation and food delivery very convenient. Even though it's in the city center, it's quiet at night, which is a big plus. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness is also good, and the pool is very clean. **Facilities:** All the facilities are new. **Service:** The service is attentive and responsive. Overall, five stars. It's truly a hotel with fantastic value for money.

Located near the city lake, this resort-style property is built into the hillside. If you're staying in the villas higher up, you'll need to climb a long staircase from the lobby, so it might not be suitable if you have mobility issues. The hotel does offer a shuttle service if you're willing to wait. The road up to the mountain is very narrow, making it difficult for two cars to pass, so if you're not a confident driver, it's best to take the shuttle. Parking at the top is also limited. Overall, understand that this is a resort, and from a resort perspective, it deserves a five-star rating.

Environment: The overall environment is pretty good. The resort is divided into several buildings and covers a large area. Cleanliness: I'm extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness, it's really, really bad. On the first day of check-in, I found the floor covered in smudges of hair mixed with dust, in over a dozen spots. I immediately called the front desk to have someone re-vacuum. To my surprise, when we returned after going out on the second day, the floor was like that again! Does this mean you clean with a mop? Are you dragging dirt from other rooms into mine? I was totally speechless and couldn't stand it, so I had to call for another vacuuming. For a price of over ¥1000 a night, I got cleanliness standards like a budget motel. Absolutely speechless. The breakfast restaurant environment, however, was quite nice.

First off, the hotel room was very clean, and the bed was huge, 1.35*2 meters. It could be combined, perfect for two adults and two children! The King Koil mattress made for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel environment is excellent, offering lake views and featuring a large lawn, an outdoor pool, and a super-sized indoor kids' play area. There are also many parent-child activities, like making traditional Chinese medicine sachets and baking bread in a kiln, which were fantastic! Even on a rainy day, we weren't bored staying at the hotel. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful; knowing we had a baby, they provided a bed rail and upgraded us to a lake-view room. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my older and younger kids loved it. The hotel is very close to the Southeast Lake Scenic Area, the Botanical Garden, Tianyu Mountain, and Lan Yue Secret Realm, which is super convenient! The only slight drawback is that the on-site Chinese lunch and dinner could be a little bit better.

The hotel environment is fantastic, very peaceful. It's super child-friendly with a great playground, so the little ones had a blast. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and they even included lunch and dinner.

Excellent! I'm leaving a review because the sachet-making activity is usually only available on weekends, but the front desk staff specially set it up so that the children wouldn't be disappointed.

I booked this hotel in Qiandao Lake for my parents. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The room had a spacious balcony with beautiful views, and the breakfast was quite rich. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay~
