It's a new building, so it's clean and well-heated and air-conditioned. Parking isn't difficult, but I expect it might be a bit crowded if you arrive late or on the weekend. Even on Sunday, the surrounding market and busy streets are a bit deserted. Of course, the accommodations are quiet and comfortable, and delivery is readily available. The bathroom is a bit small, so men might find it a bit uncomfortable.

The location is pretty good. Gakjo Street downstairs is Chuncheon's Myeongdong business district. There are buses to Chuncheon Station and Namchuncheon Station, and both are about a 10-minute drive away. Most of the buses in Chuncheon are located in low-lying areas~ relatively Other small cities are much more convenient.
