Chuncheon Hey Hotel

We are allowed to check in early at 11am. Room & toilet was spacious with full amenities. We booked a 3single bed room. We love the stay! Would definitely stay again.

Subject: Urgent Complaint: Unacceptable Service and Guest Neglect – Room 207 – June 18, 2026 Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling level of service and sheer lack of basic hospitality my group experienced during our stay on June 18, 2026, in Room 207. We arrived and checked into our room at 8:00 PM. Although the room was booked for a party of four, we were only provided with a single blanket. Given the shortage, we attempted to contact hotel staff at 10:00 PM to request the necessary bedding. We successfully reached an employee over the phone and explicitly stated our room number and request. Despite this, no staff member showed up and absolutely nothing was done to resolve the issue. At 11:00 PM, after an hour of waiting, we called the desk again. We repeatedly requested blankets so that all four guests could sleep comfortably. Instead of assisting us, the staff member flatly stated there were "no blankets," hung up the phone on us mid-conversation, and subsequently blocked our room from calling back. To review the core failures of our stay: Inadequate Amenities: Providing only one blanket for four paying guests is completely unacceptable. Repeated Service Failures: Our initial request was entirely ignored, and repeated attempts to contact customer service resulted in zero assistance. Hostile Behavior: Hanging up on a guest and blocking our line is a severe violation of basic hospitality standards and professional conduct. As paying customers, we expect a standard of comfort and professional service—neither of which were provided. I expect a prompt explanation regarding this incident, details on how this staff behavior will be addressed, and appropriate financial compensation/refund for the severe inconvenience and poor treatment we endured. Clean interior, super easy checkin, friendly staff didnt mind later checkout even tho it was my mistak

Nice hotel with basic breakfast included. Not far from the station but take a bus or taxi. Located beside the river for nice walking and sightseeing in that area. Easy to take the local metro and bus out to Nami Island.

Lovely hotel, very clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and great amenities. Good location next to the canal and 15 minutes walking distance to the Namchuncheon train station. Free breakfast included, the only downside was the Wifi didn’t work in the room however it was good in the communal area downstairs.

Are u planning to go or stay late at Legoland? This Hey Chuncheon hotel is a perfect place to stay for anyone to rest and relax. I liked comfortable bed and room and very affordable price. I was surprised by self zone an complimentary breakfast was offered. It was amazing place. I'd like to visit again and I will recommend to my friends ☺️

This accommodation offers excellent value for money. The facilities were good and the room layout was really appealing to us.
