Chuncheon the Jackson9s Hotel

The stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were a few minor areas that could be improved, but overall, we had a comfortable experience.

Room was good, however we booked this hotel to use the gym and swimming pool but didnt know both were close. Staff was excellent.

This is our third time staying at this hotel for a Legoland trip. It’s a good location near both Chuncheon train stations and a taxi ride to Legoland is not much. The hotel rooms are spacious, comfy, and clean. The second floor arcade is fun but half of the games are out of order and the claw machines haven’t been restocked in years apparently. The coin machine was out of coins for 1000 bills. There is no game room attendant. The bar next door sent us to the front desk, which is inconvenient but they fixed it. Then the singing room machine ate our money. We went back to the first floor and they told us to go to the bar. The bar then said it’s not their problem and to get the first floor to handle it. We eventually got the money back but it soured us on going back to the arcade. They need to figure out the division of duties related to the arcade.  Besides all that, the stay was great. The 7-11 in the basement is well stocked and has good prices, which is rare for hotel convenience stores.  Definitely a good place to stay if you’re coming to Chuncheon.

Location is good . Room is huge. But one of the staff at the reception is very rude ( lady who is short and fat)..

Fabulous clean and comfortable hotel in a lovely position overlooking the lake. I was given a room with a view and balcony, wow!! Downstairs in the basement is a small convenience store. Great stay it would be nice to have water replenished each day by housekeeping and not have to buy more water from convenience store but not a big problem.

We stayed here to access Legoland and weren't disappointed. 1/3 the cost and easy access to bus station.

The hotel is a little old and I think we saw a cockroach. However the staff are extremely friendly.
