Legoland Korea Resort Hotel

The staff are helpful and nice, always with a smile. The room is spacious and clean.  The buffet breakfast has a room for improvement, there was no much choice in the restaurant but the food quality is acceptable.   The lift with pop music is so fun and praise for it.  The hotel is next to the Legoland.   The location of Legoland is quite remote from the Seoul city.

I spend 45 minutes standing for checking in the hotel. There are three check in counters but only one was operating with very slow speed. Before me only four queues but took about 45 minutes to process all of them. First impression was so bad. Location, cleanliness, foods, and facilities all good except the services of the staff. I don't know how Lego could allow such a service quality to its own brand. If you never visit I would recommend but be prepared for the poorly service mind of the staff. For me, one is enough. Rather go to other countries than Legoland Korea.

The legoland hotel was absolutely amazing. Loved that there was a treasure hunt in the room so my kids loved it. Checking-in was very fast as well as check-out.
