The motel is across from Chungju Station. The check-in lady, Ju-ma, was very helpful. She knew I had a bicycle and found a spot for me to park it. Restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are all within a few minutes' walk. Even though it's a motel, I didn't feel inconvenienced. They even provided popcorn as a service!
