The hotel is located next to the highway exit. The room is okay, but there's not much space, a small bathroom, and no refrigerator or minibar.
The restaurant is average, with a rather overpriced, rather system-style kitchen.
Breakfast is meager and limited in selection, considering the room price. Parking is okay.

Terrific place. It has a format of a motel so can park your car in front of the room but the room was rather a hotel style: good size, nice bathroom, lots of amenities. They have a very good restaurant where making a reservation is a good idea. We went there for lunch and it was full. The staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful, amicable. The location is very good, close to the highway and about a mile from the old town. To get there you have to drive to a large parking lot on your right (CHF0.5 ph) and then walk some 200 meters to the old town.

The staff here is incredibly welcoming and the food was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, whether it was for gym options or recommendations for other nearby restaurants if we wanted something different. This place is definitely a must-visit!

I travelled as part of a group a few months ago. We were extremely impressed with the hotel and the friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well presented. The staff were always very attentive. In particular there was a cleaner with dark curly hair (a Portuguese or Spanish lady?) she was extremely polite and very welcoming.

My wife and I were stranded in Chur and booked a few nights at this hotel. Our visit was great, the room was ok pretty basic but the staff were 1st class. The receptionist Sara was ever so helpful, helping us beyond expectations. The catering staff were great and very helpful. I would recommend this place due to the excellent customer service.

This is an excellent choice in Chur. We spent two nights there and the room and restaurant were great. The bar was great also and even tried to make cocktails for our American friends. I definitely recommend this hotel / motel. Super clean and a great experience overall.
