Vienna International Hotel (Chuxiong Ruite Store)

This hotel is incredibly convenient for marathon runners, less than 500 meters from the check-in point. The service was excellent; they were very quick to resolve issues. When the kettle in my room stopped working, they immediately sent someone to check it and replaced it.

The environment is great, and the room itself is clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable setup. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, providing an excellent sleeping experience. It was also very quiet at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise.

I arrived at 1:50 PM and had to wait almost an hour to check in. Yet, they were quick to rush me out for check-out the next day. The service was really subpar.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's surroundings were pleasant, with beautiful sunsets and night views from the window. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to attractions such as China's First Tower and the Yi Ancient Town. The food was unique, reasonably priced, and delicious. The nights were quiet with excellent air quality – perfect for stargazing!

I rarely stay in Vienna, but this hotel seemed to be one of the better chain hotels in the area. The rooms were large, the facilities were good, the breakfast selection was decent, and there was underground parking. In terms of service, the room service staff were the best, the restaurant service was also good, but the front desk staff were a bit less friendly.
