"The room in this hotel is like a little nest, warm and comfortable. The bed is as soft as marshmallow and I almost sank into it and couldn't get up. The bathroom is so clean that you can see yourself in the mirror. I even wonder if the cleaning lady uses a microscope when cleaning. The hotel’s breakfast is also very rich, and the Yunnan small pot rice noodles are also a must. The staff is very enthusiastic. If you have any problem, they will solve it immediately and help you deal with it very quickly. Without further ado, I have decided to put this hotel on my "treasure list" and will stay here again next time I come."

I reminded the front desk in the morning to have someone clean it, but it was still there when I checked in at night, which is outrageous. I went to the front desk again to have someone remove it, but they were completely unresponsive. Breakfast was the same every day and not tasty. The staff service was poor. For some reason, the security guards were watching the elevator doors and checking on guests. It's a new hotel, and the management needs to catch up. The hotel's first-aid kit wasn't fully stocked; they didn't even have a band-aid. The laundry service was the only positive impression I had."

"The sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly. I called the front desk once and asked them to send someone to deal with it. I went to the front desk in person to inform them again. Both times, they answered: "The sink drain is indeed slow. Just pull out the plug of the drain." They showed a nonchalant attitude towards the problem. Pull out the plug of the sink drain with your hands? Let me ask you: if you stay in a star-rated hotel, and you are asked to pull out the plug of the drain with your hands? How do you feel? Is this a facility that a hotel should have? Is it the "service" that should be there? In my opinion, the professional quality of the front desk is very poor and the ability to handle problems is very weak. May I ask: where is the management of the hotel?"

"The hotel environment was okay. However, I had to complain about the room facilities: no disposable towels, a clogged shower drain, old and frayed towels, curtains on the second floor were too short and didn't block out light, the shower water temperature was too low, but the soaking tub water temperature was just right, the air conditioner was broken, and the staff arrived promptly to repair it. There were no disposable slippers, but they were delivered promptly after I called. They didn't proactively tell me the room Wi-Fi password… Do you know how many phone calls I made last night? 😂 Regarding the disposable towels, I called the front desk to ask if they had any, and they confidently said yes. Okay, then I didn't bring any. I searched the room but couldn't find any, so I called again, and they said they'd bring some, but they only brought me regular towels.
