The only downside was a few afternoon tea servers who were gathered together chatting, seemingly oblivious to guests nearby, which looked a bit unprofessional. Everything else was excellent."

"The sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly. I called the front desk once and asked them to send someone to deal with it. I went to the front desk in person to inform them again. Both times, they answered: "The sink drain is indeed slow. Just pull out the plug of the drain." They showed a nonchalant attitude towards the problem. Pull out the plug of the sink drain with your hands? Let me ask you: if you stay in a star-rated hotel, and you are asked to pull out the plug of the drain with your hands? How do you feel? Is this a facility that a hotel should have? Is it the "service" that should be there? In my opinion, the professional quality of the front desk is very poor and the ability to handle problems is very weak. May I ask: where is the management of the hotel?"

"The hotel service was generally quite good. The room decor was lovely and new, and the hygiene was excellent. The room was very clean. The hotel's amenities and services were also good. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, doors closing in other rooms, and the sound of housekeepers cleaning. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the chef making the breakfast rice noodles. They were enthusiastic about asking what you wanted and even taught me how to mix the pea jelly. As expected, a chef's preparation tastes amazing – truly a local specialty!"

I called again just after I moved it, but I had already parked. I don't know what the second call was about..."

The bathroom is so clean that you can see yourself in the mirror. I even wonder if the cleaning lady uses a microscope when cleaning. The hotel’s breakfast is also very rich, and the Yunnan small pot rice noodles are also a must. The staff is very enthusiastic. If you have any problem, they will solve it immediately and help you deal with it very quickly. Without further ado, I have decided to put this hotel on my "treasure list" and will stay here again next time I come."

"It was incredibly noisy! The third and fourth floors were occupied by a karaoke bar, which was extremely noisy at night. The hallways and elevators were also filled with the smell of smoke and alcohol. Although I was able to change rooms after communicating with them, I still felt my accommodation experience was poor. Even on the seventh floor, it was incredibly noisy. If the soundproofing isn't good, then don't put a hotel karaoke bar in an entire building. It's truly speechless, especially since I had an important exam the next day, and the noise kept me awake."
