GGuest UserThe stay was very satisfactory. It was bright, clean and tidy, cost-effective, and had a beautiful environment. There was a walk-in closet, which was easy to use. I was very satisfied. The breakfast was so rich that I couldn't finish it all. The restaurant was very large and the tables were divided into different food styles. I also checked in at the gym in the morning. It has a full range of equipment, just like a professional gym. The five-story swimming pool and steam room are well managed. Tingzi's follow-up service after leaving the hotel is in place. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food, and the taste is amazing. The breakfast is also very good, with a very rich variety! To sum up, this hotel is very cost-effective

If you have a baby, you can choose a non-smoking floor.
Considering that the baby would sleep and spin, I chose the Hollywood room.
The bed is really big, I came here for the bed.
I really didn't kick either of us all night.
Facilities: Very complete, the front desk prepared toothbrushes and slippers for the baby.
Hygiene: Clean, the cleaning lady folded all our clothes.
Service: Overall it's pretty good, but there are many people during the holiday, so more front desk staff should be arranged, and the lobby reception staff are obviously a bit too busy.
Environment: The environment should be the best in Tianchang, no doubt, I will stay here again next time I come back.

There are not many types of breakfast, not delicious, corn and sweet potatoes are not ripe... The gym is too bad and the facilities are particularly small. But the whole hotel is quite atmospheric

GGuest UserFrom the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful.

But your hotel is going to increase the price on the 21st. I thought that I have stayed in your hotel for a month and the 20 yuan will not affect the traveler's experience. As a result, I failed to negotiate. It felt like I was kicked out on the last day without caring about an ordinary guest like me. So I decisively cancelled the order for the next few days and changed to another hotel tomorrow.
