Facilities: The room facilities are a bit old, and the carpet is a bit too dirty. I suggest the hotel arranges for cleaning during off-peak seasons. And don't even get me started on the air conditioning; it wasn't blowing cold air, and it was so hot I couldn't sleep. The fan they brought the next day only offered temporary relief. Hygiene: Overall, the room hygiene was mediocre. Initially, there were stains on the sheets. After changing rooms, the new sheets had holes in them. I was too tired to bother changing again. I hope management improves their room inspection skills. Service: The service was generally okay, I suppose. I tried the executive lounge, but the food selection was too limited, with only a few hot dishes. The restaurant's buffet breakfast didn't have much variety either, and some of the cups were chipped. Overall, the experience was just average and didn't meet my expectations. A bit disappointing 😮💨

The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy. The breakfast is quite diverse, and the front desk service is excellent. I just have one suggestion: there's no robot delivery service for takeout to the room door. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory!

The hotel stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. The breakfast selection was also abundant. I had a last-minute hospital visit in the afternoon and requested a late check-out, which the hotel kindly granted until 4 PM. It was easy to find using navigation, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's also not far from Langya Mountain.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. It was very cold, and I couldn't sleep well. I changed rooms, but it was the same. It should be fixed soon! Everything else was fine. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Thank you!

There was a noticeable charcoal stain on the bedroom floor, which was a bit concerning. The bathtub was supposed to have been cleaned, but the stains were still bothering me, so I couldn't take a bath.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was excellent. Very clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The environment was great, with several restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again.
