"The room was damp, and the bathroom was dirty – they used an old paint bucket as a water bucket, and there was no bath mat. Only 3 TV channels worked, and even those had no sound. They didn't provide any drinking water until we checked out, even after we complained multiple times, citing supplier issues. The bed springs were noticeable, the pillowcases were dirty, and some of the sheets were torn. Poultry was left roaming freely, even defecating on the room's patio. The only good thing was the caretaker who washed our car when we were leaving."

"For the price of 2 million rupiah, it's not worth it, WIFI doesn't work, the area is not child & elderly friendly, breakfast has minimal menu, wooden floor that makes noise when stepped on, dim lights, quite a lot of sawang in every corner, the floor of the room is still dirty, the staff is not helpful, and I don't recommend this resort to friends / relatives because it's not worth it. enough for the first & last time. Thank you."

"We book 3 room. Is a non aircon room. As is very cold on top of hill area. Everything is very old including a old ctv and a small kettle with a gas heater for hot shower. The mattress not very comfortable. No swimming pool , all drain out , out of service. Didnt have a good sleep as very noisy in the evening. Nothing to eat over that area at night. So do bring or just buy cup noodles. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6am yet. Have to wait till 10am."
