My wife, my daughter and I have just returned from 10 days at the LS. To give you an idea of our standards and context for this review, we love Dubai and we have stayed in the Cullinan in Belek - we have stayed in a lot of the higher end hotels in Turkey and are always 5* All Inclusive. We went to the Liberty Fabay next door for a week in April and liked it. We understood that the Signa was a bit of a step up and to be honest - overall - we would say it was. Check in, room etc etc, all good. Pretty modern, mini bar, comfy beds. Not always the coolest room though, even with air con on. Shower good, double sink in our room, plenty of toiletries available too. Food. It is generally very good, excellent buffet, mostly attentive staff and good selections. Also a Chefs Special available in the evening which was always very good. Pasta station was good (a little bit too much oil at times) and there was a fresh meat station too. In terms of the a la cartes, the Italian restaurant was our favourite - nice ambience, but beware the small portions. Better to order a couple of mains - I had fillet steak and lasagne, both very nice. The Indian restaurant was a let down - the food was lukewarm at best, sent back and came back pretty much the same so we left - I ate a bit of mine which tasted nice but the portions were also unbelievably tiny! Like you would serve for a toddler. All dealt with in not the best way either which was a shame. The Turkish restaurant was good, food tasty, but again quite small portions. We ended up eating a lot in the Timeless restaurant as it was open all day. Breakfast was good, lunch was ok (pizzas are perfect) if a bit limited but we didn't try there in the evening as the menu was scaled right down. Drinks wise, decent selection of branded drinks - cocktails all ok too with their own creations. Plenty of bars to get them from too. Waiters on skates around the pool all pretty good and fairly quick. Bottled beer is Efes and Becks in most bars but some do stock Miller but I think you need to ask for it specifically. The family evening entertainment was really good - the Piratcrew being exceptional. Pool was very warm and there was always lots going on - really good entertainment team, aqua aerobics, underwater spinning classes - water slides good. There is a venue just up from the pool for things like yoga classes, my wife did the Fly Yoga which she enjoyed. There are a couple of adults only areas which are nice, we managed to spend some time in them when our little one went to the Kids Club (apparently more aimed for smaller children, she is 10 so is on the cusp of not wanting to go in anymore). The Beach Bar is very good and usually very quiet - good evening entertainment there too, DJ etc. There is an adult only pool with a swim up bar and seating which is really nice - pool is a touch cooler too - occasionally the barman (quick and friendly) was swamped with multiple cocktail orders so they needed someone else in there t
