The hotel was very nice, but the best was the receptionist, she helped us a lot and was very friendly. Also, the restaurant near by the hotel has home made food, at the moment the best food we tried in China.

An absolutely amazing place to stay! The hosts, a wonderful husband-and-wife team, were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—even driving us to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, which we truly appreciated. She also kindly told us we could call her anytime if we needed information or help. One of the highlights was the delicious meals made with their own home-grown vegetables—fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful and peaceful, making the stay even more special. Their warm hospitality made our holiday truly unforgettable. We stayed at the hotel for one night before our trip to the Grand Canyon. There's a cafe on site, and we had a delicious dinner and breakfast there. The rooms were clean, and we slept well. The hostess was very attentive; she organized our trip and explained the route. She drove us to the park and met us there. We loved everything. I highly recommend it. You'll find everything you need here. The natural beauty is simply incredible.

The location was perfect (a 5-minute walk to the canyon entrance (or rather, the exit, which is even more convenient: there's a free shuttle bus to the entrance, so you can walk through the canyon and get to the hotel), but the hostess insisted on driving us). We also couldn't call a taxi before our flight, so the hostess not only arranged for a quick ride to the airport, but also treated us to cake. Thank you again for such help and concern!
