Nos encantó el hotel. Vista espectacular al lago Lugano. Excelente desayuno y servicio. Tiene acceso al spa de Aria hotel ya que esta en el mismo predio. Tiene 3 restaurantes y tiene parking.

It starts at the front desk! They are cheerful and lovely to work with, considering we arrived so late in the evening. We took advantage of the spa facilities at Aria, it was easy to go to Lugano, and the view from our room and from every room now the sun and moon coming over the Alps and Shining on the lake was, something to look forward to every single day. And you must take advantage of the breakfast!!!’

I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay. The property was super well kept and clean, while also offering endless amenities. The family spa was a great place to unwind and relax. The breakfast was amazing- 5 star. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and great view. The main selling point for this property was the service. The staff was extremely helpful, informative, and polite. They go out of their way to make your experience as amazing as possible. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a 5 star quality resort and staff!

A high quality, wonderfully staffed holiday resort set in outstanding scenery. This was a great option for us and our teenage sons; great food, lake swimming, sports, all in a safe but exciting environment. The staff were exceptionally professional and yet approachable and friendly.

Great service from all hotel employees, at the reception they are so helpful and kind. At the dinner the waiters were super friendly and helpful and so was the maid that cleaned our room.

This property is huge with direct access to Lake Lugano, kids activity center, 2 pools, and multiple restaurants. There is a lot of walking required to get around the property. It is away from the touristy hustle and bustle, nestled in the mountain with glorious views of the lake. The staff is great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Good location to marvel at the sights of Lake Lugano but also a drive away from Lake Como. Recommend hiring a car so you have the freedom. But the resort has a bus stop just outside to get you to Lugano or nearby Porlezza. You can catch a train from Lugano to Como or to Milan for a day trip.
