The worst accomodation I have ever stayed! Arrived at late night, super tired, the room was awful. The water is not working properly, i could not take shower at all. And the accomodation did NOTHING. Yet reject me to cancel. The drinking water provided was HELLA DIRTY. If you ever saw dispenser, please do not dare to use it. It is so dirty 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮 got many dirt flowing in my water. First time giving such review, but this accomodation was my worst and traumatic experience. The people is not really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delivered really late like almost lunch time. Staying at this villa irritates me in every possible way.
Only the view is quite okay but well what can be wrong with the view in any accomodation in puncak thought.

Hopefully in the future there will be improvements to the swimming pool facilities to be better and cleaner and suggestions might be to add a children's play area.

Bayubud 1 Villa needs a lot of repairs and upgrades, especially the bed is very inadequate, the bed is thin and not soft, it must be replaced with a new one, then the walls need to be repainted, the lights in the TV room are dim, other facilities such as the swimming pool are small and rarely cleaned, even though this villa is in a good location, the panorama is great, wifi, TV, hot water, tea, coffee and others are good, maybe I will try another type of villa if I come back, the building is better maintained and the bed is comfortable

The atmosphere is really cool and cool

very good, got rinjani 5. I ordered rinjani 4 earlier but there was a mistake from the resort, he said the online order email was too late so it took precedence over the offline order. It looks better than Rinjani 4 which is cornered and looks a bit creepy because of the corner hehe.
