El Eden Country

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this beautiful property located on the outskirts of Armenia. Colorful, quaint buildings are spread out in lush, well-tended gardens. We woke to bird song and the rustle of wind in the bamboo trees. Staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Special "gracias" to Taylor, Don Jaime and Doña Claudia. This hotel only offers breakfasts.

The receptionist, Laura was very unhelpful with our needs, the beds were horrible, hard as a rock, the room hot and humid.

As a solo traveler I didn’t feel completely comfortable. The highlight of Eden was the architecture and small chapel. The front office assistants especially the night shifters (the guy) on December 11th were super friendly. There was also a restaurant worker with red hair that was very attentive and friendly.

Loved our room and the view. Very clean room, comfortable bed and amazing view! I liked having our own private jacuzzi.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful scenery and spacious rooms. Nice pool and game room as well, which our kids loved .We had a great time!

rooms are infested with cockroaches. bedrooms are dirty. staff is rude, especially a woman named shirley, who mocked my family and did not know how to deal with guests. food is poor. disgusting. El personal es grosero, especialmente una mujer llamada Shirley, que se burló de mi familia y no sabía cómo lidiar con los invitados. La comida es pobre. Asquerosa.
