Pleasant experience. Comfortable bed, clean room, helpful staff, good location. I would stay here again. Do note it is an apartment hotel style - there is no daily cleaning. There is a kitchen which we utilized well.

Excellent value for money, highly recommended! While not in the absolute city center, the metro station is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Most attractions are just a 30-minute journey away, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Champ de Mars to enjoy the stunning evening view of the Eiffel Tower. On the ground floor, there's a complimentary coffee machine offering coffee and hot chocolate at any time, as well as a water dispenser and sparkling water. A supermarket is conveniently located right outside the hotel. The rooms feature fully equipped kitchens with all necessary cooking utensils and tableware. Plus, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel. For stays of seven nights, one room cleaning is provided mid-stay. You can also get fresh towels from a dedicated towel room whenever needed.

This apartment hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spacious, and the Seine River is just downstairs. The Louvre, Notre Dame, Collège de France, and École des Beaux-Arts are all nearby, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining.

What I loved most was the option to cook our own meals. My daughter wanted hotpot, and luckily, there's a Chinese supermarket about 2 kilometers away. We bought hotpot ingredients and had a blast cooking and eating together.

The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even helped us arrange an early check-in when a room was available.

Complimentary drinks and coffee are available on the ground floor, providing a very comfortable space to relax and chat.

Good serviced appartment, well equiped, quite affordable considering the location.
Ideal location: mall nearby, plenty of food options, subway lines right outside.
Staff is a hit & miss, sometimes extremely helpful, sometimes not really. 
Hot water was faulty a couple times and we had to wait the next day for shower/bath: not great with kids. For some reason it takes a lot of arguing to get bedsheets for baby cribs, as if people usually travel with theirs...because...reasons.
Will definitely use again as overall it is a great combo.

Because it was a holiday, there was a serious shortage of staff; but the hotel also informed you in advance that you could get your own towels on the fifth floor, and your room would not be cleaned during your three-day stay; this hotel-style apartment room was very nice, with neatly arranged tableware and a fairly new air conditioner; it was very close to the Eiffel Metro Station and the Museum of Humanities!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 7-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette. If you don't feel like walking, it's just one metro stop away, as the metro station is right outside the hotel entrance! Getting to other attractions is also very convenient. Taking a Bolt ride-hailing service to Gare du Nord train station was quick and affordable!

The hotel is very well-equipped with cooking utensils; they literally have everything you might need! It's great for preparing your own breakfast or a late-night snack.

The hotel staff were very polite and even helped me arrange a ride.

The only thing some people might mind is the lack of daily housekeeping service. However, I was perfectly fine with it, as I was only staying for 3 nights.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

I booked a twin room (2 large and 2 small) and was given a room (twin beds and a sofa bed), but the sheets on the sofa bed were very dirty and had never been changed. I just lay on them for 10 minutes. I had itching all over my body and it lasted all night! ￼We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned the room and we needed to change the sheets ourselves! All in all, this trip gave us a very bad impression￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼￼

Was a great stay. The staffs were very polite, the room was clean, the location is safe and close to the station, nice cafes and bakeries and restaurants around, free drinks on the grand floor. I would stay there again if I ever get the chance to go back :)

I didn't make any request for a special room, but the room was very clean and spacious with the top floor ＋ terrace.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, so it is convenient when staying with multiple people. All the staff are kind and the English is perfect.
You can have a separate paid breakfast in the breakfast room. Also, if you are a guest, you can drink coffee and hot chocolate on the machine for free, so I am very grateful. There is also a vending machine in front of the elevator.
The view from the room I stayed in is good, and the Eiffel Tower is also visible from the rooftop.
Location is about 5 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, Cafe de Doo Moulin (so-called Ameli Cafe), the nearest metro station and Pharmacy. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Sacre Cool Temple.
If you stay near Montmartre again, I would like to use it.

I recently stayed at Citadines in Holborn and was thoroughly impressed by its **excellent location**, modern amenities, and attentive service. Nestled in the heart of London, this hotel is a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from the Holborn Underground station, making it easy to explore central London. The British Museum, Covent Garden, and vibrant West End theaters are all within walking distance, along with countless restaurants and cafes. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or work, the convenience can’t be overstated.  

**Rooms & Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
My room was **spotlessly clean**, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor gave the space a fresh, welcoming feel. 

**Amenities & Extras ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
The hotel offers fantastic perks that elevate the stay:  
- **Free coffee/tea station** in the lobby (a lifesaver for early mornings or late-night work sessions!).

Everything was mostly good.
Nice things:
- There's free coffee and fruits in the lobby.
Things to call out:
- no free laundry service, you have to pay 5 GBP for laundry.
- stepping out from the bath tub into the toilet is a slip hazard, my partner actually slipped, luckily she wasn't injured.
- Noise insulation is quite poor for the room, when there are loud guests in neighboring rooms, you'll likely hear them. During our stay, we had a group of young men staying in one of the neighbouring rooms, they'd just keep talking loudly till midnight almost every night, tough to sleep in before midnight as a consequence.

For a central London hotel, it's perfectly adequate. It's incredibly close to the Tube station, and there's a Tesco supermarket, both just a 5-minute walk away. The room itself was surprisingly spacious. Overall, it's a good choice for both convenience and a comfortable stay. I'd recommend it!

I really liked the fact that they made it possible to drink coffee in the lobby at any time. 
I also liked that I could always drink various types of tea, including black tea. 

The air conditioner is too loud and doesn't work well. The air conditioner needs to be improved. 

The location is so good. 
I was able to travel around London comfortably.

I booked again. This hotel is very good. The room is very big. This time I stayed in a double bed + single bed. It was clean and the service was good. There is a restaurant bar on the first floor which is also delicious. I like it very much. , and the transportation is also convenient. It's just at the end of the main street. No. 16 goes to the airport. It's very good.

If not slow, the check-in process took longer time than I expected

Superior Queen Room: The room was clean and chic but the hotel could use smart TVs for movies

Pool towels: towel was smelly, the cabinet was not labelled, and was not easy to find

Free ice-creams is from 3 PM to 6 PM, please extend the time at least until 9 PM / after dinner time

The breakfast was too dry and had very limited options

The room was spotless, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with a super comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the luxurious linens to the delicious in-room coffee.

The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was - it felt like a true escape. I can't wait to come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, class, and exceptional service.
