check in is a v convenient and the staff r v nice and helpful, room is v comfortable

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

Premier Inn Dale Street is top drawer. The Premier plus room is the best Premier Inn room I've stayed in. There's a nespreso machine and green & blacks chocolates. Everything is clean and tidy. Oshane on the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! On arrival we were greeted and checked in was very easy but there was someone available to help if needed. We then made our way to our room which was a family room - 1 double and 2 singles. This was an adequate sized room. It was big enough for the 1 night we were staying. It was a clean modern room. We paid for breakfast on the morning and it was great - lots of choice and all fresh! Staff we very helpful and nothing was too much bother, always happy to help! The hotel is in an ideal location to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. We would use again!

Was in an excellent location. Breakfast wasn’t value for money. There is a Wetherspoons down the road that would have done cheaper! The heater in room didn’t work. Got charged over £9 for a pint of Guiness and a pint of coke! Shame as the bar area was lovely but prices extortionate! Staff on reception couldn’t be bothered. Checked ourselves in and out. The room was nice but shower gel bottle broken and almost empty…

a great easter weekend (two nights) it was quiet the food was delicious and reasonably priced for Manchester centre. I'm becoming more aware of disability accommodations, the route to and from the rooms were step free, the bathroom while not an specifically accessible one had plenty of space inside and the corridor entranceway for the room was spacious and wide. there were staff around but while they obviously noticed us they didn't approach

Checked in on a screen, wouldn’t work, staff stud on phones rather than being able to sort extra key, the room had its light switches wired incorrectly, house keeping was asked twice to do our room and then the guy on the desk said they must have just left it no room clean , house keeping walked in on me getting changed an hour before check out , overall the staff are bothered about turning rooms over more than the experience e

Lovely Premier Inn to usual standard. Our room overlooked canal. Quiet despite city centre location. Prefer a human for check-in rather than kiosk. Good area downstairs for drinks/chat. Ate out on this occasion.
