The service is very good, and the owner is very nice! There is a big little yard, many rocking chairs, and a children’s playground, which children love!
Breakfast is average, porridge, steamed buns, white fungus soup, eggs, a few side dishes, no meat. There are rice noodles. Hygiene is ok. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, making it easy to buy things. Not noisy at night, soundproofing is okay, probably because I live on the second floor (courtyard double room)

第一我人品擔保真實評價，停車和住宿不是一棟樓，但是不遠，如果下雨就會淋雨，進門中式四合院，進房間，蜘蛛網，和地面，床單，都感覺不乾淨，洗澡的蓮蓬頭銹跡斑斑，都壞了，個人建議，外出旅遊帶孩子的情況下一定住大型連鎖五星或者四星，這種私營住宿價格高，還住的感覺左右不自在

環境：離邛海接近2、3公里，周圍也方便打車，客棧有自己的停車場，比較喜歡四合院風格；
衞生：連住2天，第2天給我們換了床單等；

優點：客棧環境營造很有特色，太陽天在院內喝茶曬太陽很舒服，交通方便（出酒店走幾分鐘可以坐公交車），工作人員態度可，熱水穩定，早餐不錯有米粉、麪條、橘子、蘋果、銀耳湯、白粥、包子、發糕、煮雞蛋等等，但餐廳需要預訂。體驗不好的地方：1）第一天很冷（10度，陰）我們中午12點過到的吧，餐廳就不給做飯菜了，喊自己到外面吃酒店附近餐館開門的很少，找了個米線館胡亂吃了一頓；下午3點去預約晚餐，結果餐廳説約滿了，這點真的不滿意，所以我抱怨的説這麼貴的住宿，餐廳至少應該滿足住宿客人的用餐基本需求吧？在這樣的情況下餐廳才同意給加了個120元4人套餐。第二點：因為冷希望加一床被子，酒店沒有多的被子，給了個薄毯。酒店用品準備不充足，我查了當天住宿並沒有滿房，應該有多餘的被子。第三點：衞生間很小、門是玻璃的沒法鎖私密性不好。
