電梯很少，樓層很高，人非常的多，上下樓不是很方便，前台服務人員比較熱情，服務態度可以，密碼鎖2次不好用，一進門右手邊洗菜池還有垃圾存在，向裏進入發現床也裂開了睡覺也不敢動……想要少熱水才發現水壺是個古董，可能30年沒人用了，蓋子掉下來，壺內全是鐵銹衹好放棄，洗手間味道很大，很臭，看起來很不衞生……花灑也是老古董，屋內也沒有瓶裝水哦，晚上密碼鎖又不好用了，還好前台換了一位更熱情的服務人員，大家自己體驗

連續住了幾天，主要是真的喜歡這個夜景，位置真的很好，我是南方人第一次來東北，我們家那邊的建築都不長這樣子的，我就可以坐床邊慢慢的觀察這些房子，很稀奇，冬天來的話更好了，我很期待白雪皚皚的樣子，

設施：設施設備齊全。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：安靜、地角超好，出門就是早市、地鐵站，整個行程沒打過車，都是地鐵，超方便。
服務：服務細心周到。
攜程上價格真的划算，同等價位要麼沒有這房間大，要麼沒有它地角好。孩子住的很開心，以後來哈還會選這裏。

就沒見過這樣的，我確定收拾房間前身份證就放在桌子上，我衹是把平板鎖了起來，尋思身份證又不值錢，應該不會有問題，出去二十分鐘，回來就發現身份證沒有了，和前台溝通，説丟了，前台給的回覆身份證又不是不認識，怎麼會給扔了呢。我申明，我不要錢，也不是搞事，回老家溜達一下就回天津工作了，現在可好，還得回家補身份證，我不想冤枉誰，我打掃個房間身份證沒了不該給個解釋嗎？還嘲諷我説，阿姨連身份證不認識嗎？不能給扔了。説這麼多不就是不管嗎？在你這這住真倒了八輩子黴，想住的望考慮好，自求多福吧。

酒店的位置非常好，離中央大街，紅專早市，道里菜市場，地鐵站，機場大巴站走路都在10分鐘以內，設施洗衣機空調都有，衞生狀況還需要加強，唯一特別不滿意的是衞生間異味太重。
