We loved our stay at The Rubens at The Palace! It was a short walk from Victoria Station and we were greeted with friendly, professional staff for a quick check in process. Our room was beautiful and clean. We highly recommend the view of the mews. We were lucky enough to see the Royal horses leave the gate for their exercise. The afternoon tea was relaxing and delicious. Overall we found the location to be perfect for our first trip to London.

I don't think there's enough room for me to tell you how fabulous this place is. From The Curry Room to Rosie, Charlie, Andrew and more! Thanks to them it was the best Christmas I've had in a long time. They go the extra mile 😁. The food, the hospitality, the kindness....Everything was just perfect. And if you need a cab, the French doorman is your man! Lol

Everything about our stay was exceptional . The staff were amazing and made us feel very special and nothing was too much trouble . I could not fault anything !

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

We had a lovely room with a view of the city. All staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, including laundry service. Pascal was a dear with lots of recommendations and assistance. The NY Bar restaurant was classy and subdued with fantastic food and atmosphere. The coffee was *chef kiss* delish!
