No complaints about the establishment. Definitely a good hotel if you are looking to stay near Paddington station. The cleaning team in the hotel is very attentive. The hot water is sufficient and the radiator is working fine. I even have a small window to open foe ventilation. Breakfast was adequate and good enough for me. Good restaurants around too.

Room was clean and good. Lots of storage spaces for your stuff. Staff were really nice and humble. And location was really convenient and very close to Paddington station.
The only downsides were room service and breakfast. We stayed there for 3 nights and they didn't even clean the room once, even after requesting them to. Instead they gave us bin bag to empty our own garbage bin which felt really weird.
The breakfast was sooooo bad. We mostly had breakfasts outside even though we paid for breakfast (included with room booking). I felt they can improve the breakfast for the price we are paying. Even the cheapest hotels have proper English breakfast.

Good location and clean room, just 2mins walk from paddington station. The only pity is there is no mini refrigerator.
