It's at very good location and even the staff was friendly. I think the bathroom was okish as the shower was not tightly fitted and it used to rotate as we start it and all the water goes out of bathtub . Also the stoppers in bathroom was missing rubber protection and did hurt.

Stayed here the 2nd time! Love the spacious rooms. Service was great even when we had to early checkout to catch early morning flights.
Very near moscow road to bayswater tubes. Lots of amenities and restaurants within Walking distance. Roomsare made veryday without fail. Reception is friendly no hassle of checking in.
Would love to go again and again!

TL;DR - STAY AWAY
How it began, when we first arrived, we recieved a room which we didn't book, and not only that, since it was a specific kind of room, it was placed in the basement with no view, no air con and a giant spider in the toilet.
When we spoke to the receptionist the answer we got was 'this is not our listing, the air conditioning is not a must, and this is the room you've been allocated'.
After wasting over 4 hours back and forth with them, they finally agreed to give us our original room, which was still in the basement since most people already checked in by the time we got our originally reserved room.
Odors, each and every hallway, room or passage in this hotel has a stench resembling still water rotting by.
To conclude, THE worst hotel I've ever visited, will NEVER come back there again, a total S**t show.
