Convenient transportation, there is a dryer, a dishwasher, breakfast in the room, and a terrace for laundry. Fully equipped, but there are more stairs, it is more difficult to carry luggage.

Always love my stays at the pagoda The beds are comfy the rooms are clean. The staff are always acomadating. It's one of my favourite place. I feel like I'm in Bali an im just down the Rd.

Excellent room and super helpful staff. There is a laundry with large capacity machines on level 7 that guests can use ($4 per load). This hotel exceeded our expectations and is ideally located in Curtin Uni, close to cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop.

I would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter. I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!! As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here. The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious. The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy. Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much.

fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome

The location is very good, there is a supermarket about 200 meters from the hotel. If you choose to cook by yourself, it is very convenient and the cookers are neat. The hotel staff are very kind. The biggest disadvantage is that the facilities are outdated. The suite I live in, the air conditioner in the living room outside is not cooling. Someone came to debug for two consecutive days, but the effect was zero. It happened to be summer, the living room that could not be cooled, and the temperature in the afternoon was close to 30℃.

Checked in After 6pm and received email with code to able to draw room key from box. Large room for 3pax and bath room shower head water pressure is good. Only disappointed is unable to connect to WiFi although inform reception still not resolved also phone without cable so unable to call reception.

Very comfortable stay at this older but well kept hotel. Perfect location overlooking Swan River, easy walk to riverside & centre. Great service, very helpful staff, good sized rooms, cleaned daily, comfortable beds. Small but usable gym leading to sunny pool area, complimentary laundry. Altogether, great value.

We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel.
