You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room window. The hotel is very warm. If you stay in winter, you can open the French windows a little when the room temperature is too high. The room is spacious, bright and clean, and the bedding is of good quality. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. There is a big supermarket next door. It is quiet and not noisy.
This is our seventh year back-to-back at the hotel, and as always the experience was amazing, starting from the staff at reception (Rocio) to the drives (Antonio) and all the rest of the team. They all make you feel at home. Thanks again for all the transfers to and from the ski lifts.
I can only recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Davos. The location is super central, you only need a few minutes from Davos Platz to get there.
The staff is really very friendly and helpful (especially Carla from the reception) and also the staff from the restaurant and the bar. The rooms are a little narrow, the terrace is very spacious and on the south side, we got great sun.
The breakfast buffet was very tasty and left nothing to be desired.

The Room was perfectly fine snd clean. On the homepage you see diffrent offers such as Fitness Room, when in Reality there was a fitness room but empty, with nothing in it. We wanted to book massages, first we tried to call the reception from the spa area where you are introduced to do so. Nobody picked up the phone, next we went to the reception in person, there was only one employee who had no time for us even after we shortly asked him about massages. We tried to call the reception again two times from our room with no luck. We where finally able too book massages at the reception the next day.
Great hotel, super friendly staff and a great location. About 3 mins walk from Dave’s Dorf station so really easy to get about. Bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast is great with a good selection of hot and cold food including a fresh orange juice press. We will definitely be going back.
The apartment was modern, spacious, immaculately clean, equipped with everything you need. The out-of-hours check-in was well-organised and easy. The location is very quiet and close to the cross-country track, 10 minutes walking distance to the main ski-lift and all the main amenities or 5 minutes by free bus. The bus stop is right in front of the complex. The complex itself is well maintained with generous car parks and clean interior but the architecture is pretty boring (white blocks).. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor and though we could see the mountains there were no spectacular views from our windows. There was a sweet welcome in touch: a card from the owners and a pack of tasty biscuits and at the check-out there was a small loaf of fresh-baked bread from the Solaria Services. All in all it was a nice stay

GGuest UserWe just stayed at the Ameron for an amazing six nights. It’s a hotel we always love to go to. It has a great location and terrific spa. And most importantly, it has a really good staff. I’d like to call out two people in particular One is Scarlett Kollipka in Reservations who was very flexible and worked with us to get us a terrific room. And once we got to the Ameron, the high-quality service continued with the support of Alyt Aeschlimann, who has been with the Ameron for a number of years, and each time we’ve stayed there has provided attentive, warm and extraordinarily friendly service. She really made us feel at home. Sadly, for the Ameron, Alyt is moving on to another hotel in the area, which is great news for all the guests at the Sunstar in Klosters. I am sure she will be a terrific addition to the Sunstar team.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alpengold. The rooms are very attractively designed and furnished with high quality materials. What a pleasure to stay there. However, what made this stay special was the super friendly staff. From arrival to departure we felt warmly welcomed and personally looked after. Staff always polite and helpful. We can only warmly recommend Hotel Alpengold and will definitely be back.
Feel the energy of the Youth Palace and get to know amazing guest which appreciate somewhat humble but very nice accommodation, whole share similar passion for mountains and to openly communicate with others, spend evenings playing board games, cards or just chatting with each other. Swimmingpool is around 15 minutes walk. Don’t miss the walk along the Hohe Promenade for a mind blowing landscape and mountains view.
GGuest UserPositive: Nice room, good facilities, beautiful SPA area (that`s why gave at least some Points) Negative: Half board dinner was really poor, something you can buy in a grocery (e.g. smoked trout with toast, tomato soup from can) and cheesecake was totally unenjoyable (worst cheesecake in my life). Actually we would be happier if cheese cake would be grocery store quality. Moreover, staff was new and the manager pointed out on their mistakes less than 2 m from our table, so we could hear everything. Very unprofessional from restaurant manager! SPA: SPA was open till 21:00. At 20:00 no staff was presented. Probably due to lack of personnel: there were no glasses for water (there were no glasses when I come and there were no glasses when I left 30 min later), floors were wet. There were people walking in street clothes and shoes along the sauna, looking thought the glass wall inside of sauna. People were just lost as there were no-one who could guide them. However, for someone who was at the same time in sauna it was very unpleasant. After complaining about the situation at reception desk, again situation was not treated professionally, far away from 5-start hotel level. The service level was very cheap and poor!!!
The hotel was closed over the summer months when it was renovated. ( so it was on the homepage ). When we arrived, only the reception was a little renovated, the small bar and the seating facilities at the bar, all as before. The lady who gave us the room key told us that the heating was completely re-maked. The room was cold ( well as we can't sleep with warm heating ), in the bathroom there is a switch for an additional heating that doesn't work, so it's cold in the bathroom, not particularly pleasant after the shower. The room has not even a water cooker ( there is even in 3* hotels ) evening were at dinner 3-4 tables were occupied, most people go out to eat, unfortunately we had to notice that NO RENOUVELLENMENT was done also in The dining room, the roof is still so old and soon leaves off as well as the broken chairs ( see photo ) don't understand that this hotel receives 4*. Damage the hotel ”was” our favorite but whether it remains in the stars
GGuest UserWe have just returned from what was meant to be a long and enjoyable ski weekend. I have been staying at the Morsani for over 10 years. I have written positive reviews on here in the past, but I will now never go back. The staff seem to have changed considerably. This time - from arrival and throughout our stay - not one smile or welcome from any staff. Totally unhelpful and lacking any knowledge. We had clearly (a couple of times) asked for a quiet room - we were given one with an interconnecting door and near the elevators (in my guest profile exactly what I don't want) - we then had a screaming child next door making noise most of the evening (called to reception, who were totally rude) - then woken up at 6.45am on a Saturday. Lots of staff at breakfast - nobody really working - all stood around by the coffee machine. Many of them didn't seem to speak much German nor English.
