Find the Cheap Ropraz Hotels

We stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to Lausanne and it was an average experience. The hotel is modern with lots of airy spaces all around due to the size of the place. It shares the building with a few offices, aquatic park and some event/catering facilities. The rating of each area of our stay is as below. 1. Room: Very modern and spacious with all the facilities including a small safe. The bathroom was clean and nice the way we preferred. The downside was the ventilation in the room. The AC was blowing warm air despite it being a warm day and stopped working completely in the middle of the night which meant we had to open windows and listen to traffic noises on the motorway on the side. 2. Staff: The best part of the hotel. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and pleasant and greeted us with a smile every time we went to the reception. Explained things about the city and facilities and went through a proper check in. 3. Breakfast: Needs improvement especially if you're charging CHF22 per head for a full breakfast. The coffee was bland and my wife who's a vegan with gluten allergies didn't have options for breakfast apart from the fruit salads. Some fresh tomatoes and veg (not fried) with salad would have been better to make it inclusive. 4. Location: Fairly on outskirts of the city but we didn't mind as we drove in. Parking was CHF18 per night and you can park at the basement and access the hotel using the lifts. Overall an average rating and the pricing was reasonable for the room.

A perfectly fine hotel with a hotel staff that spoke English well. We had a good stay and for the price it was amazing with the metro really close. The stay even included a public travel pass for going to and from the downtown city. The hotel is a bit special in that it actually is a patient hotel with people staying with newborns and people being in the hospital. So we were s bit in doubt of how that worked and if we even welcome. But we stayed there for 2 nights and had a great time the vibe is just a bit odd and we felt out of place. The breakfast included gluten-free options and was great. The hotel has a fine restaurant that was adequate and at a good price. The restaurant staff didn't speak much English so with a bit of help and Google translate it went fine and with a little knowledge of French it will go fine. Was a bit weird that even when they knew we mostly spoke English and German then those waiters didn't serve us but only the once that knew other languages. We had an amazing stay in Lausanne but felt a bit out of place.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay the hotel Le Rivage in Lutry. The location is great and the staff was mostly very nice. However, the place needs some major repairs and the internal communication is pretty much non existant. Despite several phone calls and emails before our stay, the extra bed was not set up, the tables in the restaurant were not reserved, etc. Everything was quickly fixed but the lack of communication between the departments remained obvious throughout our stay. Dinner was very nice although quite pricey for the portion sizes and unfortunately, no menu or half-board was offered.

The hotel is a theme hotel. The hotel is easily reached by the metro, from Losanna station to OURS stop. As soon as you enter the hall there is a delicious chocolate parfum probably due to the ”chocolate fountain” from which you can taste. Smiling and very friendly staff. A spacious and well furnished room for me. If I have to find a sin ... The hotel provides a card for the means, so very comfortable as an option. With a walk of just 10 minutes walk you get to the center. Or two minutes away there is the metro stop and you will find the can reach any direction (lake- center).

Crét-Bérard: a place of dream, beauty, source of inspiration, at an affordable price, where nothing will disturb your rest in clear, clean and beautiful rooms, where the food in abundance fills your papillae, and where the staff - at The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We would like to thank the wonderful staffs for their excellent service. The guy in charge of the hotel at the day of our arrival allowed us to use their washer and dryer in the basement with a very reasonable fee, and helped us to operate the machines even after his shift was ended. At the day of our departure, breakfast was not supposed to be served until 8 am (it was a weekend), and it may be too late for us to catch the train at 8:25. We asked if they could allow us to have the breakfast 15 min earlier. They told us that they would try their best but would not guarantee that. We were pleasantly surprised that the young lady in charge of the breakfast on that day did have everything ready by 7:45 am, and the breakfast was really delicious. In contrast to the excellent service, the condition of our room could be improved. We lived in a room with a private bathroom, and had to take showers in standing water as the water did not drain quickly enough in the shower unit. The entire room also was not adequately lighted in the evening.
