房間很便宜，缺點就是3樓沒有電梯需要走樓梯，熱水器是電的，可以電話叫他們提前開電源，不然回到酒店還得等20分鐘才能洗澡。炕很寬，睡覺也暖，但是比較硬。下雪天外面環境真的很好看，我覺得比雪鄉好，雪鄉的蘑菇雪不能玩衹能看，二浪河隨便逛和玩雪。

We were super pleased with our stay at this hotel! The location is superb, room is clean and warm with a lovely view. Best part was the hostess, she was so friendly and helpful all the time. She was generous to upgrade our room to a bigger room on our second night here. The hotel also runs as a restaurant on the first floor, which you can order food right downstairs/outside of your room. The food was yum and in big portion. You can also Borrow their traditional jackets to wear for photos and sleds to play around with. Lovely hotel with the lovely staff, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

房間打掃的很乾凈，外面景色很美，早上醒來看到外面白茫茫的雪景，很治癒。 酒店位置在去往雪韻大街的路上，可以跟景區巴士司機説到雪季酒店下車，完了再坐車或者步行去雪韻大街玩就可以，很方便。找不到位置可以致電酒店，有小哥哥幫忙帶路，服務都很好。如果選擇客車、包車出行，幾乎不需要走路，坐車來回就行，比住在雪韻大街裏面好得多。 酒店門口還有爬犁提供租賃，屬於超大超豪華版，外面租爬犁的都沒這的大，坐起來會舒服一些。 美中不足的是酒店的毛巾、衞生紙屬於低配了，因為本身酒店環境蠻好的，希望提高一下毛巾、衞生紙的質量，畢竟稍微好那麼一點點，體驗就會不一樣。 另外，酒店飯菜蠻好吃的，早餐雖然簡陋，自己可以提前買點吃的備着早上吃，午餐、晚餐完全可以在酒店解決，酒店工作人員都很熱情，下次來還會選擇這裏入住。

There will be many villagers responsible for helping with luggage along the way. A piece of luggage costs 10 yuan regardless of size. In Xuexiang, money can solve your problems. The homestay is relatively clean. The worst thing is that the shower and toilet are not separated into dry and wet. Sometimes the toilet is all wet after taking a shower, and you have to wipe it dry before you can use it. If you don’t go to Xuexiang during the peak period, it is recommended not to book a homestay too early, because the price of the homestay changes at any time. If it is not booked on the same day, it may be 200 yuan cheaper than the previous booking. Since I went to Xuexiang for the first time, I couldn’t understand the market. At that time, I was afraid that I couldn’t book a room, so I booked it in advance, but all the reservations for Xuexiang homestays could not be cancelled, so I had to book a relatively high room price. The overall service and hygiene of the homestay are good, but the breakfast is relatively simple. It would be perfect if it could be richer.

Had a great time in Xuexiang thanks to great service from this hotel! Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub! Plenty of food options and small stalls around too. The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it. Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯
