Find the Cheap Cologne Hotels

During the exhibition, house prices rose sharply. I found this hotel with a good price-performance ratio. The service of the German brother at the front desk was great. When I checked out, I found that the hotel seemed to be operated by a Chinese. The room is quite large, can accommodate two people, the decoration is simple, the toilet is a bit small, the sound insulation is not very good, it has no effect on people like me who are easy to fall asleep, the rest is not lost, the hotel also sent a bottle of sparkling water Not bad! The transportation is fairly convenient. You can walk to the subway and train station in ten minutes, and you can also walk to the cathedral in a straight road, which can be reached in more than twenty minutes.

The room is very spacious and clean. The lobby of the hotel is very fashionable and atmospheric. There are many shortcomings. The room only provides free bottled water on the first day of check-in. Clean towels are only provided on the second day. Did not replace with a new one the next day and did not leave a new tissue 🧻 4-star charge without 4-star service

Very modern furnished and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, when we visit 21.08.2021 the mini bar was not equipped. But I think this is due to the Corona situation. Unfortunately there is no bar in the hotel. If you have thirst late evening, a drinking machine is available. Breakfast buffet is perfectly OK, but you should not expect a 4-star buffet now, but you get tired and the selection is OK.

Just an absolute great experience staying there easy to find from central station. The staff are very welcome in. Everything we requested before we arrived. Was there just the overall great day and a great great location. Definitely want to stay there again. Would recommend this to anybody.

We enjoyed our stay and would go again. Room comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful, we slept very well indeed. Breakfast is good and plentiful but at 19 euros a head on top of the cost of the room it is expensive. The Mauritius feels more like a spa with a hotel rather than a hotel with a spa. So you do see people going through reception (and the restaurant area) wearing bathrobes, which is what happens in a spa. The spa itself is terrific and unlike breakfast is included in the price (although it may be that you need to pay for robe hire). This being Germany, full nudity is obligatory in all the saunas plus the steam room and cold plunge pool. It’s optional in the swimming pools and jacuzzis although in practice this means that most of the people using these are also fully nude. That said, if shedding your costume isn’t up for discussion, there is absolutely no problem with wearing it in the pools and jacuzzis so long as you’re comfortable sharing them with people who aren’t wearing a stitch. It does follow from this that there is an age restriction on entering the whole area, so it’s not the place for a family pool experience. You might also want to take your own flip flops as the hotel-issue ones don’t have much grip on a wet surface. A final word on the costs of the hotel overall – it seems to make quite a difference which night(s) of the week you stay – it might pay to play around with different combinations of nights to see which options are most cost-effective.

The location is good, there is a balcony, blowing the wind in the European streets is quite beautiful. It was hard to stay in the machine at the door. Our family didn't know German. Even the guessing was finally in. Said that there will be breakfast, only 4 euros, excited to live in and began to find, and confirmed with Ctrip's customer service, but found it downstairs for a long time did not find. The owner of the restaurant on the side is very impatient to say that it has nothing to do with the hotel, and it is not convenient to ask. The best hotel in Germany. The western restaurant on the second floor is especially amazing. You need to make reservations in advance at night. The details of the service are great. The hotel is the official designated accommodation hotel for the European Cup. I was lucky enough to see the England and Belgium players.

Loved my stay at this hotel - Not super luxury, but perfect for a short stay. Excellent rooms, wifi and shower) all you need) and the boxed breakfast was exceeding expectations of everyone in our group. Would definitely recommend On a sidenote, only went to the roof Terras at night, but brilliant views

The (non-upgraded) room is relatively spacious, well designed and quiet. I'm glad I did not accept a higher cost upgrade option. It was great for a 4-day stay. There's a separate area for clothing and storage, and a small refrigerator. There was a wall of windows, good light and effective blackout curtains. The in-room coffee service is nice - I didn't find this in my other hotels. The breakfast buffet is worth the price, especially considering the quality, and that a single cup of coffee elsewhere can easily be 5 Euros. It's not a train station hotel (one mile away from the HBF and the Dom), but this hotel is in a very nice area, and is convenient to a great many dining and entertainment options for a Cologne tourist. It's not horrible to take the train here (with one connection) if you are reasonably mobile. Public transit options are many once you figure them out. The USB charging outlets are helpful -- and I did not find these in any other of my hotels. Overall, this chain is a significant step up from the likes of Ibis and Motel One. This hotel is very much worth the reasonable premium it charges. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I would happily return to this property.

Friendly reception but work at very slow efficiency, there even was no proper queue, maybe the manger should get resign lol
