Always welcome it's been a year and a half I come there regularly cleanliness the calm the rooms are very large the very quiet area and your rating of everything thank you again to you
We have stayed at this hotel twice once in 2019 and then again this August. To be honest this has to be my favourite AccorHotel. The effort by the staff in making you feel welcome and special is nothing short of exceptional. Prior to arriving, I informed them of my wife and I celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary coming back to this hotel where we spent a 15 year anniversary and were greeted by balloons rose petals and even a platter in the room none of which was asked for this was simply done as a goodwill gesture on their behalf. The hotel is 15m on a tram from the centre of Paris and in an area that has huge parks with outdoor eating. Great area if you don’t mind the very short trip in the the centre. We ate out in the local area which was lovely and very French, no catering for tourist which was great as we always like to find authentic restaurants and we did! I want to thank all the staff at this hotel for again going above and beyond. You are a credit to your company (you all need a pay rise) and I cannot wait to return.
City break to Paris Get it ticked off the bucket list Metro station right in front so east enough to navigate around Paris Plenty of halal options in this area Hotel reception has been updated But the rest of the hotel is in dire need Room had a leak which was not fixed during stay

The hotel is situated outside a subway station (Hoche) which makes it accessible. Beside it is a small mall and a lot of restaurants. Room is clean. Receptionist at the front desk are helpful. Just a scare during my stay since even with my Do Not Disturb sign placed in my door, guests still tried to open the door around 1am. And what's more scary is, even with my door double locked, they managed to open it. Good thing I was awaken and stood next to the door and slammed it shut when it opened. I called the front desk and the receptionist said ”There was a mistake”. I guess it meant that he gave my room to another guest and that guest was stupid enough to try to open the door even with a DND sign placed. Good thing it happened in my last night, I was not able to sleep soundly anymore after that incident. But it really did not ruin my stay. I will still stay in the hotel. My suggestion though is to place a chain lock to ensure more privacy and safety so that when a similar situation occurs, the chain lock will still prevent the door from opening.
I just want to go to the company conveniently and close to Pantan Railway Station. The room was very small, with nothing in it, and the bathroom was quite big. Two very small beds, just on the roadside, a bit noisy, and the sound insulation on the walkway is not good, so sleeping is a big problem. Breakfast is the same every day, with only a few kinds of bread, two kinds of meat, fruit drinks, etc., which is just enough. Waiters are so so
Hotel is very secure, need a code to get in & then a locked door then your room door. The rooms are basic but have everything you need (except a fridge) a 2 min walk from Hoche Metro, the only downside is the area is quite rough at night and it’s quite nerve racking if you’re there yourself. Overall a good stay, rooms cleaned everyday, the only issue we had was the first day the water in the shower wouldn’t heat up and there was a faint smell of damp in the toilet (we found water under the sink) so probably down to this! But overall does what it says.

The hotel is very near to the Paris Philharmonic. The staffs at the reception were helpful. The facilities were new. However, the bathtub, bed sheets and pillowcases were a little dirty. Another problem was that on the day I was to check out, the cleaning staff knocked on the door at 10am asking to clean the room.

The hotel and its facilities are functional and comfortable. It’s a great nights sleep with not the best breakfast. The rooms have a mini but complete kitchenette. Would I stay here again, yes in a heart beat. Bit out of the way but don’t let that put you off.
Disappointed at the extreme lack of hospitality from the employees here. IF YOU CAN AVOID STAYING HERE YOU SHOULD, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS. First of all, the room we were given did not look at all like what the photos of the room posted online looked like. Our room with a bed for 2 was two twin beds pushed together in the middle of the room. The wifi did not work. The room was dimly lit and slightly dingy. Clean for what you're paying for, but honestly there are much better deals (in better areas) to stay at. Secondly, my boyfriend accidentally originally booked a private room with one bed, thinking that it would be big enough for both of us to stay in. When we both arrived, the manager informed us that 1. we couldn't sleep in the same bed even if we wanted to (wanted us to book 2 rooms) 2. We had to purchase a whole second room 3. He would not refund or in any way change the price of the first room booked even though the hotel was clearly empty. 4. Following up on the fact that the hotel was empty, yet the manager informed us that the prices posted on the wall were ”base prices” and we had to pay an extra amount because of ”supply and demand”. Tired, overwhelmed, and out of options we succumbed. Really recommend trying to find somewhere else.
Great hotel, is located right next to a mini retail park with restaurants and a supermarket for buying essentials. Rooms are very well decorated, very clean and soundproof. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro and I felt very safe being there alone. Breakfast options are also decent, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
