Overall experience was very good From start to finish they made us feel special and royal. Time to time they tried to give us things on the house like baby food or cake or desserts during dinner and many more. Palace tour was amazing experiencing the lives of nizams and the history of palace. And the icing on the cake was qawali session. It was mesmerising but it ended it very soon(in 3-4 songs only) Breakfast venue was very beautiful and the spread was also very fabulous. Overall 10 on 10 for Taj falaknuma palace hyderabad

Room was good clean and the service was good.
Only 2 things i can suggest is 1.)hotel can provide little higher rooms for families as there is sound coming into the rooms when parties are going on.
2.) Check in can be little but faster.
But rest of all the things are top standard👍

I stayed in Balcony hotel during my short trip of 3 nights to Hyderabad Madhapur in Aug 2023, the hotel is in very nice location, the rooms, service are excellent. Nice ventilation, nice beds, clean toilets and great room service. I will stay at this place during all my trips and recommend to everyone who visits Madahapur for family, business, leisure trips.

The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

GGuest UserThis hotel is new but there are hardly any services available in this hotel, firstly wifi doesn't work properly, few of the rooms are not even cleaned regularly. The staff doesn't even hesitate before behaving rudely with the customers. Overall the stay was not at all satisfactory. Request everyone to avoid this hotel. P. S - they provide towels on request and are not available when you enter the room.

There are five or six plugs in the room, only one can be used, the others are about to break down, the air conditioner is also broken, the switch is broken, and only the largest third gear can be used in the first, second and third gears. Having WIFI is the same as not having one, only one frame is accepted. The room is old-fashioned and a small cockroach was found. The hotel looks luxurious, the service is good, and the restaurant breakfast is also very good.
