Find the Cheap Mandvi Hotels

We paid 1800 rupees for a day pass to access the facilities. It was explained that this includes use of the shower with shower gel, pool and food. We paid this for 9 of us. When we got to the pool every single lounger was hogged with peoples things and bags many people drying their underwear on there. We asked for towels but the member of staff did not understand and walked off. We asked about the loungers again no response. The pool is not heated and was absolutely freezing and usable. The showers and changing need a lot of attention, they need a very very deep clean, there were no toiletries, no hot water and literally a dribble of water coming out. The true gem is the restaurant the food and service was excellent. They accommodated special dietary requirements too. Was some of the most delicious food we had in India. The grounds and decor are beautiful too. With some tweaks this place could be superb. Paying that much per head just to eat at the restaurant but not be able to shower, sit down or relax or use the pool was slightly obscene.

Enchanted place on Earth that can create miracles. You, nature, ocean, wind... place to surrender and go with the flow. You have a rocking bed to indulge in mesmerizing sound of waves and lose yourself by gazing into the ocean. Other sitting areas, a vast beachfront to walk and be taken by the beauty of the sunset ..picture .. leaving soft footprints on silky sand in silence while holding the hand of your loved one or enjoying your time with yourself. Where the glittering water and chirping birds will welcome you in the morning. If only this can last forever ..it will ...inside us, this place will touch your heart. The manager Kasam with a kind and big heart will make pretty much everything possible. The 5 cottages are charming and spacious, with comfy beds and quality beddings where peaceful sleep is guaranteed, towels so soft that it's hard to put them down and beach towels for comfort, room looks exactly as in the pictures. The friendly and polite staff at your disposal. With this kind of people, the world will be a better place. ------- Suggestions to add: - fresh fruits on the menu (breakfast) - fresh juices - gluten-free food choices - at least 10 sunbeds for staying guests - separated area for outside guests, ideal if it would be totally private resort to maintain the blissful state the property offers. ----- Much love to you all and may this resort prosper and maintain its quality, uniqueness, and peacefulness.

We stayed here for a day. Though we had booked a Heritage room, we change to a cottage. The Heritage room is accessed via dingy staircase, the rooms themselves are big, but feel old fashioned , cold and musty. The Cottage rooms are smaller but more alive ... The bed is comfortable. Room service in bare minimum. The dinner was organised on the beach-side which is a 5 minutes drive from the resort . The path to the beach is dark and creepy (at night). I wish the Hotel staff who expects guests to take a drive for dinner would put some lights across the path. We even lost our way and it was ....creepy... The Dinning area is a temporary tent at the beach, but it is quite far from the shore and because everything around is extremely dark, you cannot see the sea/the waves , you cannot walk upto them because it is DARK, so I don't know why we are made to drive all the way till here.. The food is average. They will serve morning tea (only if you insist). Breakfast is equally average (the upma had sugar in it) . We visited the beach in the morning, I guess this is not the tourist time here since hardly anyone was around. The Sea was beautiful, serene and beach was clean. All in all a comfortable stay, but one day is enough... I do'nt know why , everywhere in Kutch you have small size geysers in bathrooms, so taking showers is ruled out (in winters). When is the last time one used tiny buckets and floor level stools in the hospitality industry !!!
