The hotel is located on the hot spring street, very close to the bus station, opposite to 711, and convenient to the Bear Ranch and Jigokudani. The staff speaks very good English and can communicate without any obstacles. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast are also delicious. The hot springs are divided into indoor and open-air. I personally feel that the open-air ones are very artistic and I like them very much~

Every year, many children's shoes go to Japan for bathing, and there are countless hot spring options in Japan from south to north. But my favorite is to wait for this sulfur hot spring.
# 花 中 庭 花 屋 Ryokan Ryokan [Location] #
▲ Kashotei Hanaya
This ryokan is known for traditional Kaiseki cuisine, and guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the room.
The hotel offers sulfur hot springs, as well as open-air baths in addition to the large baths. There are three choices of rooms: Japanese, semi-Japanese and semi-Western, and western.

I chose Japanese style, enough for 18 square meters. The hotel staff will help you make the bed, and the luggage box will help you get it when you check in ...
The room has a large window facing the garden.
▲ ᗷᖇᗴᗩKᖴᗩᔕT
It is included in the room rate. The buffet is very rich. When you check in, you must reserve a meal for the next day. Time based on your next day trip ...

The hot spring here is divided into indoor and outdoor. It is recommended to go outdoors to run a wave. It is very comfortable. Although the pool is not large, it is really comfortable. The skin is smooth after soaking, and you can drink a glass of Japanese beer after soaking ...
Drinks are free in the coffee area in the hotel. Those who can't drink beer can enjoy other drinks here. They also bought horse oil here. (I used the hotel bathhouse and found it very useful. I bought two bottles immediately after soaking)

Waiting at the other train station, do taxi. 6.7 km from the hotel.
However, to the train station is the scheduled hotel shuttle bus, you need to book the departure time for the waiter one day in advance.

Clean and comfortable, the space is larger than expected inn, two 24-inch suitcases with my friend are no problem.
Provide Japanese yukata and waistcoat vests, if you are cold-resistant, you can directly change into yukata and wooden clogs and walk to the opposite No. 1 Taki to take a bath.
There are indoor and outdoor pools for bathing. We went there in early December, and there was no snow yet. If there is snow in January, it should be more beautiful.
It is only a few minutes walk from Jigokudani, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk through the entire Noboribetsu Onsen Street.
When we checked in on the first night, the arrival time was more than 7 o'clock in the evening. The bus only stopped at Noboribetsu Onsen Station, and we needed to drag the luggage uphill for about 10 minutes, so try to arrive before 5 o'clock. The bus can reach Noboribetsu Station, which can save a lot of energy.
For breakfast, you can buy bread and coffee from the bakery downstairs, or go to 711 to buy it back to the hotel.
It's a small hotel. There are two old people at the reception. The environment is very friendly and family-friendly. There are few people in the hot spring, so it is very comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the water temperature is also marked. The experience is good. The breakfast and dinner are also rich, with many varieties and good taste.
I visited about 6 years ago and was satisfied with everything at that time, so I visited again.
I was satisfied with the food, hot springs, and the kindness of the staff during this stay.
I personally think that Boro Noguchi is the best accommodation in Noboribetsu Onsen Village.
However, there was a time when I thought that my thoughts might be wrong.
While using the bath in the room, I saw something like dirt in the water, so I flushed out all the water in the hot spring bath and tried to fill it again, and then I found out what the impurity was.
As you can see in the attached picture, it was sand.....
It didn't seem to be mixed in the water, but rather due to the aging and poor maintenance of the facilities.
I personally found it very disappointing.
They have the best hot spring water, food, and the kindness of the staff,
but the aging and poor maintenance that diminishes these things should definitely be improved.
I hope this won't happen the next time I visit.
This hot spring hotel is really too old. The food is rich and delicious, but the hot spring and bedding are really bad. The facilities are old. The sheets on the quilt made me sleep poorly all night. The hotel staff are very friendly. You can contact the Noboribetsu JR Station for a special car to pick you up. There is a bus to the airport not far from the door, but you need to make an appointment in advance.

AAnonymous UserRyotei Hanayura has a good location and near to the famous spot by 5mins walk. We are provided free admission ticket to enter the Park for a night walk. The hotel room is half Japanese and half Western, big and clean. Dinner is served with buffet with various option of food.
LlinnonuggetThe place is huge, close to the main tourist street and a short walk to the bus stop and the valley. Breakfast and dinner buffets were massive, so many options to choose from and everything was very delicious. There's a ramen restaurant which was pretty good too. Their onsen bath was massive with so many nice pools, my skin feels so much smoother after the bath.
IingagaThe hotel is very beautiful, with two public hot springs and a very beautiful sulfur hot spring. It is also very comfortable. I booked a room with a private hot spring, which was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included, and it took a long time in advance to book a room at a normal price.
AAndersonRossFront desk attendant was very friendly and polite - please be aware that you may have to knock on the glass front door if you do not yet have your access PIN as it is often locked. Small lockers for luggage (backpack size) are available free of charge - you will either require a small padlock or purchase one for just 100yen in the machine next to the lockers. In accordance with its price, the room furnishings are of simple wooden construction but very spacious inside and have a nice natural scent of pine as you sleep 😌. Plenty of shared access amenities such as guest fridge, freezer, microwave, etc. Location is ideal as it is next to JR noboribetsu station, from which you can pay roughly ¥650 for a round trip (12 minutes each way) bus ticket to Hell valley (jigokudani). Incredible alternative to a stay in the large hotels up there for travellers on a budget, particularly as most hotels will sell access to their onsens to non-guests for around ¥2,000!
GGuest UserThe best thing about this place are the absolutely amazing kaiseki ryori meals served to your room. This is an incredible authentic Japanese accommodation experience so make sure you get a Japanese room and meals included. The one downside was that they offered no practical solution at all to getting my clothes washed. The onsen baths are ok but there is no view.
FftanWe stayed in the South Twin room and were pleasantly surprised. I was expecting the hotel to be older and more dated. The rooms were small but very clean and quite modern in design. Bathroom was one of the best amongst the hotels I've stayed in on this trip to Hokkaido. Onsen was pleasant and clean but I've experienced nicer onsens. Sulfur onsen pool was great for the skin and I slept like a baby after. Would highly recommend a stay here!
KKong Pek GeeThe suite with private onsen was awesome. The hair shampoo was good also for my hair.Just can’t find any facial/skin care product (facial cleanser, face lotion) in the room. But the location is good, the 7-eleven just right in front of the hotel,u can always get something there. And walking distance to those tourist spots. The dinner and breakfast is so-so only,
.
MMs. LauThe hotel is a few minutes' walk from the hot spring street, and Hell Valley is not far away. There is a direct bus to Noboribetsu JR Station. It costs 2,700 yen to take a taxi to the hotel. The bathhouse is good, and there is a low-temperature pool. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and the food is good. Good, it's just that the weather is cold and freezes quickly, the room is big, the bed and bed are soft, and the price/performance ratio is reasonable.
AAnonymous UserWe requested for futon Room during booking and our request were fulfilled, happy with this. We were allowed to park our car in the carpark an hour earlier before check in which is a plus for their service. Hotel provided snow brush for cars. Servants are helpful and always greeting. Our futon beds are neatly ready to lay when we're back from dinner. Overall cleanliness is good. Public pool is good experience for my kids especially during snowing. We are happy with the buffet dinner and breakfast purchased during booking.
GGuest UserOverall, it is good. There are two hot springs. The open-air hot spring experience is great. The advantages are the common advantages of Japanese hotels. Let me talk about the disadvantages.
1. The Japanese style is very strict. No one will be checked in before three o'clock. I arrived half an hour early and there was nothing I could do. I had to wait nearby. Maybe most of the people I accept are tour groups. That's why.
2. The location is on a high slope, relatively far away from Hell Valley, Bear Ranch, and hot spring streets where you can eat.
3. I wrote that someone would contact me to make the bed, but the time for making the bed coincided with the time of the dinner card, so I couldn’t wait in the room.
But the overall experience was pretty good. It was very comfortable to soak in the open-air bath at night, and the bathrobe was also very comfortable. What I didn't expect was that the mattress made by myself on the tatami was extremely comfortable, and the texture of the quilt was also very comfortable. In addition, regarding hygiene issues, it was indeed like nothing else. The customer said that there are some deep stains, but there is no smell. I can accept it. Thank you boss for staying at First Taki next time.
