My girlfriend lives in Saitama, so we often come and go here. The location is right by the Saitama Stadium Line, and it takes about 2 minutes. The front desk staff were very kind, so it was great. There's also a convenience store right in front, and the view outside is nice because you can see Saitama Stadium.

I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was disappointing. There were no side dishes, such as natto, nama*, seaweed, wieners, sausages, or bacon. The main side dishes were fried chicken and yakisoba on the first day, and mini hamburger steak and spaghetti Napolitana on the second day, which I felt were not suitable for breakfast. I remember that the breakfast was plentiful when I stayed at the Omiya branch, but I wonder if it's different from before or if it depends on the branch... Also, the room is very small, so it's difficult to organize your luggage. I went with two suitcases and a 45-liter backpack, so it was difficult. There is no space other than the bed. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is a good place for those who want to be close to the station, have little luggage, and don't care about breakfast.

There is a large shopping mall nearby, and it is also close to Omiya Station. It is convenient to go to Omiya Park and the Railway Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are relatively old, but I personally think it's okay.

QQianhuaThe hotel was fully equipped with the latest facilities, clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out systems were also a little confusing as they were all so modern, but a nearby staff member explained everything to us in detail.
I was happy with the homemade rice balls at breakfast, but it was disappointing that there was a limited selection compared to other hotels and there was no fruit.
The amenities were all in different locations and I couldn't find the loungewear, which I only realized after I returned to my room, but I didn't feel like going back to the front desk, so I didn't use it. I wish they had at least left some loungewear in the room. Overall it was clean, modern and comfortable.

There is a bakery downstairs in the hotel. The bread and cakes are good. The caramel pudding is delicious. Hotel guests can get a 10% discount. There are also several clothing stores on the 1st floor and B1. They also sell accessories with good designs. Hotel guests have discounts, about 95% off.
There are restaurants in the hotel, Japanese, Chinese and Western, and the taste is good. There is a restaurant opposite that sells eel rice, which is delicious. I recommend the thick eel omelette.
The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is convenient to travel. There is a JR station, which is very close on foot and can be reached in about 5 minutes. - There are all kinds of restaurants and bars on the road, which are very lifelike. Basically, there are KFC, McDonald's, Yakitori, rice balls, sandwiches, convenience stores, drugstores, Daiso, supermarkets, drugstores, etc.
Isetan is across the street. There is also a parco opposite the JR station. There are not many people in the mall, so it is very relaxing to go shopping. It is not as crowded as the tourist area, and there is no need to queue for checkout. You can also apply for a tourist card on the first floor of Isetan, which can be discounted by 5%, and then refund the tax at the service center.
The twin room of the hotel is very large. There is no problem in spreading two 26-inch suitcases side by side. It is very spacious. I brought 4 suitcases and they can all be put in. There is still plenty of space. There is a small sofa in the room, a small coffee table on the Q&A desk, a small low cabinet next to the TV, where you can put your luggage, and a small refrigerator on the right. The wardrobe is also very large, and there is an ironing machine inside. The room is very clean and hygienic. You can pick up hair combs and bath towels in the lobby on the first floor. There are toothbrushes, hair dryers, towels and bathrobes in the room. Everything is very complete.

There is an airport bus that can go directly, and there are buses for both round trips. You can book and stop directly at the door of the hotel. It is very convenient to take the bus with luggage.

GGuest UserIt was the first time for me stay two nights at Omiya, despite it's a business hotel but it is totally not the same as other.
The decoration in the room is fashion, with a Korean big TV, the lobby floor was amazing view at 13 floor, the Spa at 14th floor with
Open area was the best I like. In addition, the buffet breakfast was wonderful, despite no fresh made eggs or omelet, but the selection of
breads, salad, Japanese foods, the foods are with high standard.
I am highly recommended to anyone who want to visit Omiya.

Still, I was grateful for the polite response. I've been using this hotel for the past 8 or 9 years because it's close to the station and makes it easy to get around the next day.
